Abstract: The present invention relates to a mobile terminal for ordering using near field communication which includes: a near field communication module wirelessly communicating with an external NFC tag; a wireless communication part communicating by using a wireless network; a control part receiving tag identification information by communicating with the NFC tag using the near field communication module and transmitting the information to a server of a POS using the wireless communication part by generating an order using the tag identification information; a display part, and a user input part. The control part receives information about products and the tag identification information from the NFC tag or outputs the received information to the display part. The control part receives payment information through the user input part and adds the payment information to the order to transmit the information to the server of the POS using the wireless communication part so that the order of the products with the NFC tag can be processed.
