The present invention relates to a poly(ethylene-aliphatic diene)-g-polystyrene-based copolymer with improved mechanical property and heat resistance, and a preparation method thereof and, more specifically, to a poly(ethylene-aliphatic diene)-g-polystyrene-based copolymer having a ethylene-aliphatic diene copolymer as a soft segment and a polystyrene-based polymer as a hard segment grafted on the soft segment and to a preparation method thereof. The poly(ethylene-aliphatic diene)-g-polystyrene-based copolymer has equal elasticity with SBS or SEBS and can be used to substitute the same by improving heat resistance, tensile strength, and mechanical property.

PURPOSE: A self-adhesive protective film is provided to have excellent adhesion, cuttability, and mechanical properties, and minimal dust generation, etc., thereby being capable of improving productivity in various materials industries. CONSTITUTION: A self-adhesive protective film comprises an adhesive layer an da carrier layer formed of a polyolefin resin. The adhesive layer is formed of a mixture of 40-80 weight% of polyolefin-based resin and 20-60 weight% of an elastomer resin having an epoxy group, a hydroxy group, or an amine group. A melt index of the elastomer resin having an epoxy group, hydroxy group, or an amine group of the adhesive layer is 1-4 g/10 minutes, and the density is 0.85-0.95 g/cm^3. The polyolefin resin in a carrier layer comprises polyethylene of which melt index is 0.5-8 g/10 minutes, and the density is 0.90-1.10 g/cm^3.
