Abstract: The present invention relates to a lathe which processes to form consistent patterns on a roll mold. The lathe having a setting guide comprises a body which includes a pair of supports separated from each other at a fixed interval; a pair of chucking units which are placed to face each other, are combined with the body to be able to rotate in order to have the same rotating shaft, and have three or more grasping units that are placed at fixed intervals along the circumference and slide in a crossing direction to the rotating shaft in order fixate both ends in the rotating shaft direction of the roll mold; a setting guide which includes a first guide formed at an adjacent position to the chucking unit on each support and a second guide formed to correspond to the first guide on the chucking unit, and makes each chucking unit have the same reference position for rotation by regulating the position of the second guide based on the first guide; and a cutting unit which is placed by being separated at a fixed interval from the roll mold, and whose one side protrudes toward the roll mold and is in contact with the surface in order to form patterns on the outer circumference of the roll mold.

Abstract: A system and a method for collaborating online production are provided to manage the restricted resources for a mold manufacturing process efficiently by supporting an e-manufacturing process through combination of IT(Information Technology)-based online and offline collaborative business models, and progress development and quality quickly by reducing burden owing to an error of the mold manufacturing process. A user layer(12) forms mold manufacturing collaboration information for manufacturing and processing companies, and an application layer(14) manages a collaboration project and a mold manufacturing process of the user layer. A database layer(16) includes information related to the collaboration project. A network layer(18) performs mold manufacturing collaboration by organizing a collaboration network. The database layer includes user authentication and project key values, and various kinds of result generated during the collaboration project, applies the results to other projects, and stores the information for selecting the manufacturing and processing companies related to the collaboration project.
