Abstract:
본 발명에서는 기재필름과 수분 차단층을 포함하는 디스플레이용 배리어 필름으로서, 상기 수분 차단층이 니오븀(Nb), 테르븀(Tb), 마그네슘(Mg), 알루미늄 (Al), 실리카 (Si) 및 갈륨(Ga)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상 금속 또는 비금속의 산화물, 질화물 또는 질화산화물로 부터 형성되는 박막층인 것을 특징으로 하는 배리어 필름을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르는 배리어 필름은 배리어 필름 제조공정 및 모듈제조시 배리어 필름에 가해지는 잔류응력이 적어 이로 인한 결함이 적다. 따라서 수분 차단성이 뛰어나고 연속적인 반복 변형에도 수분 차단성을 유지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a nanohybrid composite, a preparation method thereof, and a display backlight module, wherein the nanohybrid composite is used as a nanohybrid composite and includes semiconducting quantum dot nano particles dipped in the pore of mesoporous silica. The preparation method of the composite includes a step of mixing semiconducting quantum dot nano particles and silica in a solvent and a step of dipping the semiconducting quantum dot nano particles in the pores of the silica.

PURPOSE: A reversible formaldehyde detector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase response speed and to improve sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a reversible formaldehyde detector comprises follows. Ammonia of 0.182g, formaldehyde of 0.2mL, and 2',7'-dichlorofluorescein of 1.00g are added in methanol solution and stirred for 24 hours. The solvent is reduced under decompression condition and is melt in an excess quantity of chloroform solution in order to make flash column chromatography(silica gel, 1:1 methanol /ethylacetate ).

본 발명은 인광을 이용한 수은 이온 검출센서, 이를 포함하는 수은 이온 검출센서 어레이 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 수은 이온 검출센서는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물로서 수은 검출시 형광에 비해 라이프 타임이 긴 인광을 발하므로 전처리 과정을 거치지 않고도 백그라운드 형광의 영향에 의한 오차 없이 수은 이온을 검출할 수 있다. [화학식 1]

PURPOSE: A multi-detection sensor using polymer and a multi-detection sensor array containing the same are provided to detect various detection subject without interference between the detection sensors. CONSTITUTION: A multi-detection sensor comprises a fluorescence monomer of chemical formulas 1-4 and copolymerization polymer formed by copolymerizing a linker monomer of chemical formula 5 or 6. The content ratio of the fluorescence monomer and linker monomer is 0.1:0.9-0.9:0.1. A multi-detection sensor array comprises a multi-detection sensor using copolymerization polymer and support which is coupled with the linker monomer. The support is formed of metal, metal oxide, semiconductor or polymer.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nanohybrid composite is provided to enable implementation of detection system of ultrahigh sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing nanohybrid composite comprises: a step of mixing semiconductive quantum dot nanoparticle, polymer resin, and cross-linking agent in a first solvent to obtain ink composition; a step of spraying drop of the ink composition into a second solvent in which solubility to a polymer does not exist to form beads; a step of solidifying the polymer resin inside the beads; and a step of collecting beads. The semiconductive quantum dot nanoparticle contains one or more material selected from the group consisting of 'II-IV family semiconductive material, III-V family semiconductive material, IV family semiconductive material and mixture thereof.

The present invention relates to a water sensitive phosphor capable of measuring infinitesimal water and monitoring defects, a manufacturing method thereof, and a water and defect detecting sensor capable of repetitively measuring water permeability by measuring the fluorescence changes of the water sensitive phosphor according to the level of water and monitoring the defects of a film by using fluorescence characteristics appearing in reaction with water. The water sensitive phosphor is a compound represented by chemical formula 1.
