Abstract:
PURPOSE: The control method which can be efficiently proceed the voltage balancing about each cell of the battery management system of the vehicle using the electrical energy is to be offered. CONSTITUTION: The control method(10) for the cell voltage balancing of the battery management system comprises the step of distinguish the size of each cell voltage, and the difference of the step: two cell voltages distinguish whether difference is less than the standard value or not of two cell voltages arbitrarily selected between a plurality of cell voltages is the comparison reference the fixed the first phase reference domain and the step distinguish whether it belongs among the second section reference domain to a domain or not.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing alumina-silica pillared clay using post intercalation of an organic template is provided to secure an excellent humidity-controlling characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing alumina-silica pillared clay using post intercalation of an organic template comprises the following steps of: putting clay into distilled water, and expanding montmorillonite to obtain a clay colloidal solution; mixing 2N HCl, ethanol, and TEOS(tetraethyl orthosilicate); stirring the mixture at room temperature for 1.5-2.5 hours and obtaining a silica sol; dropping 1N AlCl3·6H2O into the silica sol and letting them react to each other at 80°C for 1 hour to obtain an alumina(Al2O3)-silica(SiO2) sol; mixing the alumina-silica sol and clay colloidal solution and leaving them to react at 50~70°C for 2-4 hours; performing an ion exchanging reaction at room temperature for 10-14 hours and filtering the obtained precipitate; eliminating unreacted ions from it and obtaining an alumina-silica pillared clay precursor; adding octadecylamine to the alumina-silica pillared clay precursor 4-6 times as much as CEC(cation exchange capacity); post-intercalating it at room temperature for 10-14 hours and filtering the obtained precipitate; washing it with distilled water to remove unreacted ions; and sintering it at 550~700°C for 3-5 hours.
