    Abstract: The present invention relates to apparatus for measuring fluorescence for skin autofluorescence so that the autofluorescence may evaluate various diseases by measuring the autofluorescence of skin. For this purpose, in the present invention, the skin fluorescence is measured, and the light from a light source is efficiently accumulated, and it optically integrates the light improvement, whereas the light homogeniety and drawing are irradiated in the skin tissue. The transmission light from the apparatus for measuring skin fluorescence which improves the light efficiency by minimizing the mirroring of the surface of the skin tissue are provided. Therefore, in the present invention, the optical source section irradiating the excitation light, the optical detecting part, and the light transmission part of the transmission light and fluorescence signal are configured to be delivered so that the optical detecting part and the excitation light irradiated from the optical source section are delivered to the measurement target. The transmission light of the apparatus for measuring skin fluorescence in which each light transmission part comprises a mounting surface, a reflecting surface, and a contact surface. The optical detecting part is arranged in order to detect the transmission light and the fluorescence signal of the excitation light irradiated from the optical source section, and the optical source section or the optical detecting part are mounted so that the reflecting surface reflects the light while being extended to the measurement target from the mounting surface, and the contact surface is connected so that the light can be flowed in to the measurement target.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a measurement apparatus for skin autofluorescence for measuring the skin autofluorescence in order to evaluate various diseases by measuring the autofluorescence of skin. Therefore, the present invention enables the light irradiation and detection to a standard sample or a measurement target and comprises: a first light source which emits excite light; a second light source which emits light having a wavelength different from the first light source; first and second light detectors installed to detect two different wavelengths of a fluorescence signal and a reflected light signal; a light source switching control unit which controls on/off of the first and second light sources; and a computing unit for computing a skin autofluorescence signal corrected from the fluorescence signal and the reflected light signal detected from the first and second light detectors, wherein the second light source emits light having a wavelength range of skin autofluorescence excited and emitted by the excite light from the first light source.
