PURPOSE: Optimum turn of a nut for a high tension bolt and a method for estimating the same are provided to directly estimate the optimum turn of a nut for a high tension bolt in the site, based on the diameter-length ratio of the high tension bolt. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating the optimum turn of a nut for a high tension bolt is as follows. In a working site, the needed turn of a nut being coupled with a high tension bolt is measured(S110). The relation between the needed turn of a nut and the length-diameter ratio of a high tension bolt is obtained through regression analysis using the measured turn(S120). A linear relation according to the length of a high tension bolt is estimated based on the regression analysis and the optimum turn of a nut is obtained(S130).

A lightweight foam concrete composition for sound-absorbing materials includes: a powder comprising 40-50 parts by weight of bottom ash powder, 40-50 parts by weight of ordinary portland cement and 2-10 parts by weight of alumina cement, 2-10 parts by weight of anhydrite, and 1-5 parts by weight of slaked lime based on 100 parts by weight of the total powder; 70-90 parts by weight of water based on 100 parts by weight of the powder except for the bottom ash; and 200-300 % by volume of foam based on 100 % by volume of the powder slurry comprising the powder and water. The foam is obtained by diluting 2-4wt%, based on water, of an alkylethersulfate ester salt as a foaming agent with water, and pre-foaming the mixture. Further, a size of the foam is 0.3-1.4mm and an average size of the foam is 1.2mm.

The present invention relates to a cooling/heating apparatus which comprises: a cold-heat storage tank storing cold water; a heat exchanger exchanging heat with the cold water stored in the cooling heat storage tank and cooling the interior of a building by feeding cold heat, which is generated in a heat exchange process between the cold water and the heat exchanger, to an indoor unit inside the building; a rooftop concrete heat collecting part exchanging heat, which is stored in rooftop concrete, with cold water which has passed through the heat exchanger; and a hot-heat storage tank storing heat stored in the cold water of which the temperature is raised after the cold water passes through the rooftop concrete heat collecting part. According to the present invention, a cooling/heating apparatus cooling the interior of the building in summer using cold water stored by cold heat in a rooftop concrete heat collecting part in winter and heating the interior of the building in winter using hot water stored by hot heat in the rooftop concrete heat collecting part in summer uses the heats stored in a rooftop concrete so that: damage to the rooftop concrete can be prevented by minimizing variation in the temperature of the rooftop concrete; cooling and heating energy can be saved; and the generation of an urban heat island can be prevented. PURPOSE: A reinforcement sheet attached to a steel structure is provided to control a structure failure and disperse the stress because adhesion performance can be improved in case of attaching a reinforcement sheet to a steel structure. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement sheet attached to a steel structure(100) comprises a reinforcement portion(110), an attachment portion(120), and a stress reduction portion(130). The reinforcement portion is attached along a longitudinal direction of a steel structure. An adhesion is improved by enlarging a contact area between the steel structure and attachment portion. The stress reduction portion prevents a stress concentration actuating on an end part where the steel structure is contacted.

PURPOSE: A device for indicating bolt tension using bragg fiber is provided to automatically stop a fastening work if a bolt reaches target tension since the tension of the bolt can be accurately measured in real time. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for indicating bolt tension using bragg fiber comprises a bolt(S), a wrench(120), a bragg fiber sensor(130), a temperature sensor(140) and an elastic unit(150). Optical fiber is inserted into the axis of the bolt. The wrench rotates a nut, which is coupled to the axis of the bolt. A nut inserting groove is formed on one side of the wrench to rotate the nut. A coupling groove is formed on the vertical line of the nut inserting groove of the wrench. The bragg fiber sensor and the temperature sensor are coupled to the coupling groove of the wrench. A laser irradiating unit is formed on one side of each of the bragg fiber sensor and the temperature sensor. The elastic unit elastically supports the bragg fiber sensor and the temperature sensor.
