An object update detector(401) senses whether a secure micro client image is changed or added. A download data block generator(403) produces a download data block from a data carousel module corresponding to the secure micro client image. A download server initiate message generator(405) produces a download info indication message or download server initiate message including information about the download data block.

A system and a method for scheduling an upstream bandwidth supporting channel coupling are provided to generate and schedule a MAP message for providing the structure of an upstream scheduler and using the upstream bandwidth efficiently, thereby enabling a CM(Cable Modem) transmitting upstream data burst through channel coupling or a single channel to secure a short delayed time and a high data throughput. A system for scheduling an upstream bandwidth comprises a receiving block(400), a scheduler block(410), and a downstream processing block(430). The receiving block receives bandwidth request information from at least one network connection device connected to a subscriber terminal. The scheduler block calculates the size of a competition section as the bandwidth request information is received, allocates a bandwidth size corresponding to the bandwidth request information to all upstream channels configuring an SID cluster when bandwidth corresponding to the bandwidth request information can not be allocated to only an upstream channel in the SID cluster of the network connection device, and generates a MAP message in which the bandwidth size and the competition section allocated to each upstream channel are set up.
