Abstract: An apparatus for determining image data is disclosed. The image data determination apparatus comprises: an image data identification unit for identifying stabilized state of image data of a sensor in an open state by considering state changes depending on blocking or opening of the sensor; and an image data determination unit which receives the image data identified to be in the stabilized state and determines as image data that has not generated interferences between sensors via the integrity verification of the image data.
