Abstract: A system and a method for offering a customized service are provided to offer a customized service to a user by automatically receiving bio-signal according to a service use of the user from a bio signal sensor and offering the service based on service status information and bio signal. One or more measuring organism signal sensor(100) measures the bio-signal of a user and outputs a result to a communications network. A service terminal(120) establishes a service providing plan on a bio-signal measured in a measuring organism signal sensor and usage form information of the service according to the use of service of user. Abstract: A health care system and a method thereof using a mobile terminal are provided to measure the bio-signal of a user by using a sensor equipped in the mobile terminal by automatically checking whether to use the mobile terminal. A mobile terminal transmits stored bio-signal according to completing a call after storing a bio-signal measured by sensors. A health care server(110) receives the transmitted bio-signal from the mobile terminal. The health care server generates the health condition information of the user and transmits the information to the mobile terminal after extracting a feature value and analyzing the received bio-signal.
