PURPOSE: Meta-data preferential offering enrichment broadcast apparatus and a method thereof are provided to transmit the meta-data which is necessary for the access of the enrichment contents necessary for enrichment broadcast, when transmitting an enrichment broadcasting program, thereby ensuring the security of the enrichment contents in which the meta-data indicates. CONSTITUTION: A time collector (602) collects the time necessary for receiving the enrichment contents from a terminal, and provides at least a part of the meta-data showing the source information of the basic contents and the enrichment contents by considering the collected time. A controller (601) multiplexes and transmits the enrichment contents corresponding to the provided basic contents and the meta-data. When a part of the meta-data is provided from the time collector, the controller multiplexes the remaining partial meta-data. PURPOSE: An IP(Internet Protocol) inverse tunneling routing method in a mobile IP network is provided to support an efficient inverse tunneling by confirming whether a source is a GGSN(Gateway GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) Support Node) in a tunnel between the GGSN of a UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System)/GPRS network and an FA(Foreign Agent) of the mobile IP network, and tunneling only a packet having an address of the GGSN as the source. CONSTITUTION: A representative tunnel receives an IP in IP tunneled packet(901), and confirms whether the received packet is an IP in IP packet transmitted from a GGSN(902). If the received packet is the IP in IP packet transmitted from a GGSN, the representative tunnel cancels an external tunnel header(903), and transmits the packet to a corresponding inverse tunnel device according to the registration of an inverse tunnel(905,906). The inverse tunnel device adds an inverse header to the external header of the packet and transmits the packet to the IP layer.

PURPOSE: An IP(Internet Protocol) tunnel management method for reusing an IP tunnel in a mobile IP service system is provided to remove a generated tunnel when a user does not exists without generating several tunnels having the same path. CONSTITUTION: If a mobile node leaves a network(700), it is searched whether an IP tunnel to be deleted exists using an IP tunnel table(702). If the IP tunnel to be detected does not exist(706), it is processed as an error(710). If the IP tunnel to be deleted exists(706), the usage of a tunnel element is decreased by 1(707). If the decreased usage of the IP tunnel is 0(708), the corresponding IP tunnel is deleted(709).

PURPOSE: A method for managing states of a link and application processors between an exchange system and a terminal device is provided to perceive the states of the link and the application processors, and to perceive states of other application processors. CONSTITUTION: Function blocks perform functions for managing and notifying application processor states and an Ethernet state, and perform a transceiving data function through the Ethernet. The function blocks are equipped to a mobile communication system(10) and a terminal device. The each function block collects alarm information, an Ethernet link state and the application processor states, and notifies the collected information to other application processors. If states of the other application processors are changed, the each function block notifies corresponding application processors of the changed states. If the state of the Ethernet link between the mobile communication system(10) and the terminal device is changed, the each function block notifies corresponding application processors of the changed state.

PURPOSE: A location information referencing method in service independent block is provided to efficiently control an intelligent network service. CONSTITUTION: The location information referencing method in service independent block comprises: the first step transmitting routing information query signals by a service control function during executing service logic to receive response signals to the routing information query from a location management function, and then continuously performing the service logic; the second step transmitting location monitoring query signals to said location management function to receive the response signal to the location monitoring query if it is failed to receive the routing information, and interrupting the service logic; and the third step identifying user's location by said location management function to transmit the identified user's location information to said service control function and then restarting the service logic.
