Abstract:
단말기간 직접 통신을 위하여 주파수 대역을 설정하는 주파수 대역 설정 장치 및 설정된 주파수 대역을 이용하여 통신을 수행하는 통신 방법이 개시된다. 개시된 주파수 대역 설정 장치는 무선 네트워크에 할당된 주파수 대역 중에서, 단말기가 접속한 기지국이 사용하는 않는 주파수 대역을 유휴 주파수 대역으로 결정하고, 유휴 주파수 대역 중에서 두 단말기가 모두 사용할 수 있는 주파수 대역을 직접 통신 주파수 대역으로 결정한다. 두 단말기는 직접 통신 주파수 대역을 이용하여 데이터를 전송할 수 있다.

Disclosed is a resource allocating apparatus for allocating the resource of a wireless network to supply wireless access methods to a terminal. The resource allocating apparatus supplies the optimum wireless access method to the terminal among the wireless access methods. PURPOSE: A communication system which uses an interference sorting technique in a multiple cellular environment is provided to allow a plurality of portable terminals to transmit data through the interference sorting technique. PURPOSE: An asynchronous joint detecting method and a device thereof are provided to detect a data symbol included in a data packet which is asynchronously received by a data reception device. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(410) receives data packets which do not synchronize with a plurality of data transmission devices. A pulse shaping unit(420) applies a pulse shaping filter for the received data packets. An LR(Likelihood Ratio) calculation unit(430) calculates LR by considering a waveform of the pulse shaping filter for each of data symbols included in the data packet receiving the pulse shaping filter. A detecting unit(440) detects the data symbols based on the calculated LR.
