무선랜에서이웃한노드디스커버리방법이개시된다. 디스커버리방법은, 스캐닝절차를수행하는단계, 스캐닝절차를통해검출된제1 단말과인증절차를수행하는단계, 인증절차가완료된제1 단말과연결절차를수행하는단계, 제1 단말에서수행된스캐닝결과를제1 단말로부터획득하는단계, 및제1 액세스포인트에서수행된스캐닝결과와제1 단말에서수행된스캐닝결과를기반으로제1 AP 리스트를생성하는단계를포함한다. 따라서, 이웃한액세스포인트들간의간섭문제가해소될수 있다.

A method for calculating a fairness index that represents the fairness of resource allocation between coexistence managers in a coexistence management system according to the present invention includes the steps of: calculating a normalized resource allocation quantity by normalizing an amount of resources allocated in a corresponding coexistence manager to an amount of resources requested in the corresponding coexistence manger for each coexistence manager; and calculating the fairness index by using the normalized resource allocation quantity calculated for each coexistence manger. 주파수 공유 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 복수 개의 인지 무선 통신 장치 중에서 간섭 영향 영역이 최소인 인지 무선 통신 장치를 선택하여 유휴 주파수를 선택한 인지 무선 통신 장치에게 할당함으로써, 세컨더리 시스템의 유휴 주파수에 대한 기회적 사용 효율을 향상 시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A resource management system in a communication system and method thereof are provided to improve the usage efficiency of frequency resources by managing the frequency resources through a coexistence method. CONSTITUTION: A CM(Coexistence Manager)(120,130) respectively corresponds to plural systems. The CMs are existed. A CDIS(Coexistence Discovery and Information Server)(110), the CM, and CE(Coexistence Enabler)(150,170) respectively transmit and receive messages. The CDIS, the CM, and the CE find out neighbor systems from the systems. A request message and a response message include a header, a payload, and a data type.

CONSTITUTION: A CDIS(Coexistence Discovery and Information Server)(110), CM(Coexistence Managers)(120,130), and CE(Coexistence Enabler)(150,170) respectively transmit and receive predetermined messages. The CDIS, the CM, and the CE respectively execute a registration procedure, a coexistence information gathering procedure, a coexistence determination procedure, a reconfiguration procedure, a management procedure, and an event procedure.

PURPOSE: A resource management system in a communication system is provided to define an interface for sharing frequency and a primitive for the interface and transceive a signal through the interface and the primitive. CONSTITUTION: If a frequency band in which a plurality of systems is usable is searched in a first frequency wideband, a CM(Coexistence Manager) manages a plurality of systems in the usable frequency band. A CE(Coexistence Enabler)(140) transmits and receives a plurality of system information. A CDIS(Coexistence Discovery and Information Server)(110) supports the control of the CM.
