PURPOSE: A channel allocation system for multiuser resource sharing and a channel allocation method for multiuser resource sharing are provided to enable each terminal to maximize a channel diversity gain through multi paths and prevent mutual interference between terminals by assigning an orthogonal channel to each terminal. CONSTITUTION: A channel allocation system for multiuser resource sharing includes terminals(U1,U2,U1',U2',U3',U4') and a base station(20). Respective communication channels are assigned to the terminals. The base station sets at least one group including terminals according to preset signal quality reference. The base station successively selects a communication channel with a larger channel gain from a terminal with low signal quality among communication channels assigned to the terminals in order to assign the channel to a corresponding terminal. The base station controls the terminals to transmit a signal through the assigned channel.

A base station, a collaboration multiplexing system through multi-user resource sharing and a collaboration multiplexing method through multi-user resource sharing are provided to enable each terminal to transmit a transmission signal having the first transmission power through all sharing channels, thereby maximizing a channel diversity gain through multi paths in proportional to the number of terminals and improving signal quality. A plurality of terminals(U) transmits and receives a signal with a base station. Communication channels having different frequencies respectively are assigned to the terminals. The base station(20) controls a plurality of terminals to transmit a signal with the first transmission power through each communication channel in order to use each communication channel assigned to each terminal as a sharing channel. A scheduler(22) can group the plurality of terminals among terminals to one group. A control module(24) controls a plurality of terminals so that a signal is transmitted with the first transmission power through communication channels.

A system and a method for using resource in a communication system are provided to use frequency resources to avoid interference between sectors in an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)-sector-cellular communication system, thereby increasing system capacity acquired through sectoring a cell as approach to increase of theoretical system capacity. A method for using resource in a communication system comprises the following steps of: dividing a cell into n sectors and dividing the whole frequency resource into a center band frequency domain and a normal band frequency domain; dividing the center band frequency domain into center bands of the number is the same as or greater than the number of n sectors; and allocating the resource from a sector to use at least one center band and a normal band of a frequency domain corresponding to the normal band frequency domain.
