PURPOSE: An optical sensor for measuring solution injection rate is provided to automatically measure and calculate the injection rate and to ensure convenience. CONSTITUTION: An optical sensor for measuring solution injection rate comprises: a solution test tube(10), a light source unit, a light receiving unit, and signal processor. The solution test tube drops the injection solution by a drop. The light source unit comprises a light source and stable-current circuit. The stable-current circuit drives the light source. The light receiving unit comprises a light detector. The signal processor receives electric signal converted from the light receiving unit.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An optic fiber sensor for detecting maximum hysteresis and a using method thereof are provided to detect damage or aging in an initial time. CONSTITUTION: A probe part(200) includes optical fiber and a reflecting part. The optical fiber is fixed in and inserted into a first body with a first support adhered to a structure. The reflecting part has a reflecting surface facing to the optical fiber to reflect light from the optical fiber and is moved to the optical fiber site with a second body with a second support adhered to the structure. An optical source inputs the input light in one end of the optical fiber. An optical detector(300) detects output light returned from the reflecting part. A signal processing part(500) calculates physical quantity based on the input and output light.

본 발명은 위상차 계수형 광섬유 센서를 통한 침입자 탐지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 연속적으로 광신호를 발생시키는 광원, 상기 광원에서부터 소정거리의 바닥면까지 설치되는 다수 가닥의 광섬유, 상기 광원과 각 광섬유 사이에 연결되어 상기 광섬유의 가닥수에 따라 광신호를 등분하여 전송하는 광섬유 연계기, 상기 각 광섬유에 대한 가압정도에 따라 상이한 위상차를 갖는 각 광신호를 감지하는 광검출기, 상기 광검출기에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 각 광신호의 해당 절대전압레벨을 기준전압레벨과 비교하고, 상기 광신호의 위상차 계수의 개수를 경고기준 개수, 위험기준 개수와 단계적으로 비교하는 신호처리기를 포함하여 구성된다. 상기 신호처리기는 상기 절대전압레벨과 기준전압레벨을 비교하여 절대전압레벨이 기준전압레벨보다 작으면 광섬유가 절단되는 것으로 판정하고, 기준전압레벨보다 크면 광섬유가 정상인 것으로 판정하며, 그 후에, 위상차 계수 개수가 경고기준 개수보다 작으면 안전상태로 판정하고, 경고 기준 개수보다 크면 위험기준 개수와 비교하여 위험기준 개수보다 작으면 경고상태로 판정하며, 위험기준 개수보다 크면 위험상태로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: Provided are an optic sensor system which uses a brillouin scattering amplification induced by modulating a pumping pulse light and CW(continuous wave) probe light, and a method for detecting an intruder by using the system. CONSTITUTION: The sensor system comprises a laser diode(31) for radiating a light; a coupler(32,38) for diverging the light radiated from the laser diode; the first modulating means(33) for modulating the diverged light into pumping pulse light; the second modulating means(36) for modulating the diverged, another light into CW probe light and outputting the light onto optic fiber; an optic fiber amplifier(37) for amplifying the pumping pulse light from the first modulating means and outputting the light onto the optic fiber; and a light detector(39) for detecting backscattering light returning from the optic fiber.

PURPOSE: A sensor system and a method for measuring strain by using the same are provided to obtain a Brillouin transition frequency by modulating pumping pulse light and CW probe light. CONSTITUTION: A sensor system includes a laser diode(31) and a first optoelectronic modulator(32) for modulating light radiated from the laser diode(31) into pumping pulse light. A pulse generator(33) is used for modulating light radiated from the laser diode(31) into pumping pulse light. An optical fibber amplifier(34) is provided to amplify pumping pulse light, which is modulated by the first optoelectronic modulator(32). A sensitive optical fiber(35) is provided to generate scattered light. A coupler(36) guides light radiated from the laser diode(31) into a second optoelectronic modulator(37) to generate CW probe light. The second optoelectronic modulator(37) modulates light branched from the coupler(36).
