PURPOSE: A monopropellant injector for a small thruster is provided to supply a monopropellant over a wide range by forming a plurality of discharge ports. CONSTITUTION: A monopropellant injector for a small thruster comprises an injection plate and a plurality of discharge ports(130). The injection plate is mounted to the end of a combustion chamber. The discharge ports inject a monopropellant to the combustion chamber. The discharge ports are formed in the injection plate. A virtual line from one discharge port crosses over another virtual line from the other discharge port. The monopropellant from the discharge ports is atomized by colliding each other in the combustion chamber.

PURPOSE: Single propellant thruster is provided to enhance propelling performance by dissolving a large amount of propellant, increase thermal stability and minimize thermal loss. CONSTITUTION: Single propellant thruster(100) comprises catalyst reactor(110) and a nozzle(120). The catalyst reactor generates gas through catalyst reaction. The nozzle sprays gas generated by the catalyst reactor to generate thrust. The catalyst is supplied to the side of the catalyst reactor, where the flow direction of gas passing through the nozzle is an axial direction, a direction perpendicular to the axial direction is a radial direction, and a plane parallel to the axial direction from the catalyst reactor is the side. The catalyst reactor is extended in a direction parallel to the axial direction.

본 발명은 알루미늄 금속염을 녹인 알루미늄 전구체를 포함하는 용액을 볼밀에 의해 분쇄된 상용 알루미나에 첨가하여 고르게 분산 시키는 첨가단계; 상기 분산된 알루미늄 전구체를 건조 한 후 열처리하는 열처리단계; 상기 첨가단계 및 열처리단계를 반복하는 반복단계; 상기 반복단계를 거친 알루미나를 암모니아 용액으로 포화 시키는 포화단계; 상기 포화된 알루미나를 건조 한 후 열처리하는 최종 열처리단계;를 포함하는 고밀도 알루미나 담체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 기존의 상용 알루미나 담체의 밀도를 향상 시키고, 비표면적 및 세공부피를 감소시켜 실제 하이드라진 추진제 추력기용 촉매 담체로서 적합한 성능을 발휘할 수 있으며, 이로써 하이드라진 추진제 추력기에 사용되는 이리듐 촉매의 수명을 연장시키는 효과가 있다. 하이드라진, 추력기, 알루미나, 담체
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A producing method of a high-density alumina carrier for a hydrazine monopropellant thruster is provided to improve the density of the alumina carrier, and to reduce the specific surface area and the pore volume of the alumina carrier. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a high-density alumina carrier comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing a solution containing an aluminum precursor obtained by melting aluminum metal salt to a crushed commercial alumina by ball-milling; drying and heat-treating the dispersed aluminum precursor; repeating the steps of dispersing, drying and heat-treating; saturating the alumina with an ammonia solution; and drying and heat-treating the saturated alumina. The aluminum metal salt contains anhydride or hydrate of hydrochloric acid aluminum or aluminum nitrate, and aluminum alcoholate.
