Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing an unfolding state of a solar battery plate is provided to make the solar battery plate perform a first dimensional operation, by rotating a revolving cylinder of a fixing apparatus functioning as a main body of a satellite. CONSTITUTION: A revolving cylinder(12) is inserted into a fixed axis(11) fixed on a bottom by a revolving material. A solar battery plate(3) is adhered to a side of the revolving cylinder. A counter mass is installed in the revolving cylinder at a position opposite to the solar battery plate. A bungee cable(17) is coupled to an upper portion of the solar battery plate. A guide beam(18) is fixed in an upper portion of the bungee cable so that the bungee cable can move horizontally.
