Abstract: The present invention relates to an installation jig for installing a specimen in a chamber and, more specifically, to a device for installing a specimen in a chamber capable of easily transferring a specimen alone and highly increasing work convenience and work efficiency. Abstract: PURPOSE: A blower for high temperature and cryocenic gas with a centrifugal fan is provided to improve sealing performance between the centrifugal fan and a motor by applying a labyrinth seal as a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A blower for high temperature and cryocenic gas with a centrifugal fan comprises a scroll (100), the centrifugal fan, a motor (200), and a sealing member. The scroll comprises a fluid inlet (101) and a fluid outlet (103). The centrifugal fan is installed inside the scroll. The motor drives the centrifugal fan and comprises a rotor and a stator. The rotor is coupled to the centrifugal fan to rotate. The stator is positioned in the outside of the rotor. The sealing member seals the rotor to prevent contact with the fluid of the scroll.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of the cooling device and to simplify a structure of the cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device comprises a first cooling unit(10) and a second cooling unit(20). The first cooling unit makes liquid nitrogen flow, thereby cooling the same at a first temperature. The second cooling unit mounted on a surface of the first cooling unit operates at a temperature lower than the first temperature and is composed of a Peltier effect device. The first cooling device cools the liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -196°C, which is the boiling point of liquid nitrogen. The second cooling device operates at a temperature lower than -196°C.
