Abstract: PURPOSE: Enzyme-triggered injectable hydrogel and a medical purpose thereof are provided to use the hydrogel for a tissue engineering implantation type skeleton, a sustained-release drug delivery, and an organization filler. CONSTITUTION: Enzyme-triggered injectable hydrogel marked with chemical formula (I) is produced by a dehydrogenation combination between phenol analogs of more than one polymer compound, horseradish peroxidase, and hydrogen peroxide. The polymer compound is selected from the group consisting the following: a branched polymer marked with chemical formula (II)a, combined with the phenol analogs; a star type polymer marked with chemical formula (II)b, combined with the phenol analogs; and a linear polymer marked with chemical formula (II)c, combined with the phenol analogs.
