Abstract: PURPOSE: Enzyme-triggered injectable hydrogel and a medical purpose thereof are provided to use the hydrogel for a tissue engineering implantation type skeleton, a sustained-release drug delivery, and an organization filler. CONSTITUTION: Enzyme-triggered injectable hydrogel marked with chemical formula (I) is produced by a dehydrogenation combination between phenol analogs of more than one polymer compound, horseradish peroxidase, and hydrogen peroxide. The polymer compound is selected from the group consisting the following: a branched polymer marked with chemical formula (II)a, combined with the phenol analogs; a star type polymer marked with chemical formula (II)b, combined with the phenol analogs; and a linear polymer marked with chemical formula (II)c, combined with the phenol analogs.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供酶触发的可注射水凝胶及其医疗目的，以将组合工程植入型骨架，持续释放药物递送和组织填充剂用于水凝胶。 构成：通过化学式（I）标记的酶触发的可注射水凝胶通过多于一种的聚合物化合物的苯酚类似物，辣根过氧化物酶和过氧化氢之间的脱氢组合产生。 高分子化合物选自由以下组成的组：用化学式（II）a标记的支链聚合物，与酚类似物组合; 用化学式（II）b标记的星型聚合物，与酚类似物组合; 和用化学式（II）c标记的线性聚合物，与酚类似物组合。
