Abstract:
A system for managing and diagnosing a remote meter component is provided to quickly repair malfunctions of the remote meter component by detecting a defective meter component in respective sections. A modem(110) delivers meter data to a collector through a wireless or wired network. A focusing unit(120) includes the collector, a wired connector, a wireless connector, and a modem connector, and diagnoses an error of the meter data. A wireless terminal(130) is connected to the focusing unit through a wireless network and acquires the read data from the focusing unit to control an overall system. A management/diagnosis server(140) is connected to the focusing unit through a backbone network and reads and manages the meter data.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shadow area power line communication device for a remote meter system which blocks a power line communication signal in a communication shadow area where the power line communication can be difficult and transmits or receives the meter data through a wireless communication. The device includes: a signal blocking unit which is included in a communication shadow area of the power line supplying power to an accommodation area; and a wired/wireless communication unit which transmits or receives the meter data of the accommodation area through the wireless communication in the communication shadow area and transmits the exchanged meter data to a DCU through the power line communication.

PURPOSE: An automatic meter reading system using a reader and its management method are provided to improve the reliability of a metering system and rapid maintenance by preventing missing of registration information and inconsistency. CONSTITUTION: A remote metering system comprises a modem(200), a meter data collection unit(400), and an upper server(500). The modem receives inspection data from an electronic type watt-hour-meter(110). The remote metering system comprises a reader(300) and the meter data collection unit. The meter data collection unit compares first registration information data and the second registration information and verifies the result. First registration information data is transmitted by the reader, and the second registration information is saved in the upper server.

A communications speed change system of watt-hour meter reading data is provided to simplify communications connection procedure by memorizing communications speed procedure and by controlling communications speed between a modem and a watt-hour meter. A communications speed change system of watt-hour meter reading data comprises a watt-hour meter(100), a communications speed change device(200), a memory device(210), a PLC(Power Line Communication) slave modem(110), a PLC master modem(120), and a reading data collecting device(130). The watt-hour meter is installed at consumer based on DLMS protocol, and collects data. The PLC slave modem is connected to the watt-hour, and is communicated by applying the DLMS to the PLC. The PLC master modem is connected to the PLC slave modem, and is contacted with the reading data collecting device. The communications speed change device is positioned between the PLC slave modem and the watt-hour, and changes data transmitting rate by changing communications speed based on the DLMS protocol.

본발명의 AMI 시스템서버장치는상기계기별로고객정보및 각종데이터들을저장하는저장부; 통신 I/F부; 및상기서버장치의동작을제어하는제어부를포함하고, 상기계기별로고객정보를등록하는단계; 상기서버장치가상기계기들로부터전력사용데이터를수집하여저장하는단계; 상기수집/저장된전력사용량에기초하여해당계기를사용하는영업점별요일및 시간대별전력사용량을계산하는단계; 상기계산결과에기초하여상기영업점별로과거일정기간동안의데이터들의평균값을산출하여저장하는단계; 상기저장된과거데이터의평균값에기초하여상기계기를사용하는영업점들각각의요일전력사용량을예측하는단계; 상기예측된전력사용량으로부터영업점들각각의전력사용량변동폭을산출하는단계; 상기전력사용량변동폭에기초하여상기영업점의영업시간을예측하는단계; 및상기영업시간예측결과를저장하는단계를수행한다. 따라서, 본발명은영업점들의영업시간을정확하게예측할수 있고, 상기예측결과를실시간으로제공할수 있고, 주기적으로상기예측결과를업데이트함으로써정보의정확성을높일수 있다.
