Comfortableness is improved during traveling with adjusting the height of the armrest according to the body of the passenger.

CONSTITUTION: A vibration restricting device of a driving belt for an engine is composed of a cylindrical body(11) fixed in the engine by a bracket; two moving members(12,13) inserted to both opening parts of the body, and faced to each other; a spring(14) arranged between moving members in the body to support moving members elastically; and rollers(15,16) fixed in ends of moving members to turn around a central shaft(17). A tight part and a loose part of the driving belt are contacted to rollers, and guided elastically. Vibration of the driving belt is minimized, and displacement of the driving belt is prevented. Fatigue of connecting members is reduced with restricting vibration, and noise is prevented. The life span of the driving belt is extended with restricting interference in tightening and relaxing the belt.
