Abstract:
The present application relates to mucoadhesive nano-structured microparticles containing biodegradable polymers and a nanostructure on the surface thereof. The nano-structured microparticles according to the present application are a drug delivery system with long retention time in mucous membranes and minimized surface irritation. The nano-structured microparticles enhance therapeutic effects of a drug by the increase of bioavailability of a therapeutic drug and reduce costs and enhance patient convenience by reducing dose of a drug.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A gullet stent and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to directly coat a coating layer on the top of the stent. CONSTITUTION: A gullet stent comprises a gullet stent, a first biodegradable polymer layer which is deposited on the surface of the gullet stent, a second biodegradable polymer layer which is deposited on the first biodegradable polymer layer by an electrospinning method and is loaded with drug, and a third biodegradable polymer layer which is deposited on the second biodegradable polymer layer by an electrospinning method.

본발명은의약품사용과오방지를위해혈관에주사액을주입하는혈관카테터(vascular catheter)와주사액을함유하는주사액용기(container)를서로연결하는연결부에자기적결합특이성을부가하여주사액이환자에게잘못주입되는것을방지하기위한의약품사용과오방지용주사기시스템에관한것으로, 의료인이세심한주의를기울이지못한경우에도약물이환자에게잘못투여되지않도록하여, 약품의주사투약안전성을높일수 있다. 또한, 코드부여방식을통하여다양한약품별, 환자별로서로구별되는고유결합구조를갖추는것이가능하다.

본발명은대식세포표적나노입자, 이를함유하는의료장치코팅용조성물및 항염증용의료장치에관한것으로, 본발명에따른나노입자는항염증약물을대식세포에선택적으로전달할수 있고, 이를포함하는의료장치코팅용조성물로사용되어의료장치가적용된국소부위의염증반응을효과적으로저해할수 있는효과가있다. 특히, 봉합사에코팅시봉합부위의염증질환에유용한효과가있다.
