Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing leather having color change properties actively to external temperature, by applying color changeable compound which reacts to temperature during a usual finishing process. Unlike existing leathers manufactured with simple colors, embossing, and printing, the present invention is applied with the temperature-sensitive color changeable compound in base, medium, and top coating processes, therefore, the present invention can provide environmental information to users and give great designs. By applying UV blocking microcapsules for increasing durability against sunlight, the method can be used for various fields including accessories, clothes, outdoor shoes, bags, and interior built-in materials for vehicle.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for fabricating color change laminate leather using thermochromic microcapsules and the laminated leather fabricated thereby are provided to form a skin film layer on the surface of split leather, thereby showing creativity by color change according to temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating color change laminate leather using thermochromic microcapsules comprises the steps of: mixing water dispersion thermochromic microcapsules and aqueous polyurethane resin (S1); coating release paper with the mixture and forming a skin film layer (S2); curing the skin film layer (S3); drying the skin film layer and coating with an aqueous polyurethane adhesive to form an adhesion layer (S4); laminating pretreated split leather on the adhesive layer (S5); drying the skin film layer and split leather (S6); maturing the skin film layer and split leather to enhance the strength (S7); and separating the release paper form the skin film layer (S8). 본 발명은 광어 어피를 활용한 친환경적인 광어 가죽의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 광어 가죽은 천연색소를 사용함으로써, 인체 건강에 관한 부작용을 최소화 하였으며, 폐기되는 유기성 자원의 재활용 기술 확립과 함께 광어 어피 특유의 문양을 표현하지 못한 기존의 제품과는 다른 판매 단가를 증대시키는 고부가 가치성 광어 가죽(flounder leather) 제품을 얻을 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of leather is provided to able to provide to able to manufacture leather with excellent fastness and durability to heat and sunlight, and to change color in various external environments by applying thermo-chromic material and UV block together in painting process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of leather changing color according to the temperature comprises a preparing process, tanning process, dyeing process, and painting process. The painting process comprises a first process paint-treating a surface of the leather with white pigment, a second process paint-treating the surface of the leather with a temperature-sensitive material and a UV blocking agent. The first process is coat-treated by using 0.1-70% of the white pigment based on total weight of chemicals used in the first process.

본 발명은 통상적인 양피 가죽의 제조공정인 탄닝공정, 중화공정을 거친 양피 가죽의 염색공정 시 자연에서 추출, 정제된 천연염료인 정향을 사용하여 갈색 계통의 색상을 가지는 양피 가죽을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정향을 이용한 갈색 계통을 갖는 양피 가죽의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 자연에 존재하는 염료인, 즉 인체 무해한 천연염료를 사용하여 양피 가죽을 염색하여 색상을 부여함으로써, 염색공정의 진행 시 환경오염이 전혀 발생하지 않아 피혁 폐수에서 발생되는 환경영향수치를 감소할 수 있는 친환경적 공법이다. 아울러 기존의 합성염료에 의해 제조된 갈색 색상의 양피가죽과 동등 이상의 물리적인 특성을 가지고, 천연염료인 정향 자체의 항균성 및 소취성의 기능성을 가지며, 미려한 색상에 의해 제품의 고부가가치화가 가능하여 신발, 가방, 의류, 가구용 피혁 소재로의 활용이 가능하고, 그 적용범위가 대폭 확대되고 수요도 증가할 것으로 기대된다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of gypsum boards using by-product of leather is provided to improve adhesion between fiber, moldability, shape stability, physical strength, etc by chemically bonding by using binding materials after beating shaving scrap by physical method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of gypsum boards comprises: a step of micronizing shaving scrap which is a by-product of a leather; a step of storing the micronized shaving scrap; a step of mixing the shaving scrap and SB(Styrene Butadiene) latex which has high glass transition temperature; a step of manufacturing a plate shaped board in which shaving scrap and SB latex is mixed; a step of removing the moisture of the plate shaped board; a step of drying the plate shaped board; and a step of compression molding the plate shaped board to fit for the standard of a gypsum board.

A method for manufacturing breathable split leather is provided to prepare porous leather similar to grain leather by imparting air permeability to low quality of breathable split leather. A method for manufacturing breathable split leather comprises the steps of: (100) applying a water soluble polyurethane resin compound on a release paper to form a skin film layer; (200) drying the skin film layer; (300) coating water soluble polyurethane adhesive on the skin film layer to form an adhesive layer; (400) putting together the upper part of the adhesive layer and split leather; (500) drying the put skin film and split leather; (600) successively surrounding nonwoven fabric and general synthetic resin vinyl on the dried split leather to age the laminated skin film and split leather; (700) separating a releasing paper from a skin film layer adhered to the aged release paper; and physically treating the laminated skin film and split leather to form patterns.
