The invention relates to a low-, medium-, or high-voltage voltage switchgear with circuit breaker or circuit breakers which switches electrical equipment, according to the preamble of claim 1. In order to protect the switchgear, especially the cirucuit breakers in the switchgear against the so called spot welding under vacuum atmosphere, especially during the closing operation the invention propose, that in case of the use of the switchgear for switching capacitive or inductive equipment or inductive or capacitive current network an inrush current limiter is electrically in line or in series with the current path of the circuit breaker.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention a switchgear assembly may be provided which comprises a circuit breaker compartment, a first external interface, a second external interface, a third external interface, wherein at least one of the external interfaces comprises an actuating cylinder. Moreover, the actuating cylinder comprises a movable member, wherein the movable member comprises an elongated axis and wherein the movable member is movable in a direction of the elongated axis and wherein the movable member is adapted to connect and disconnect a conducting part of an installed circuit breaker with an external conductor.

The invention relates to a Low-, medium-, or high-voltage switching device with chemical charge means for actuate closing and/or opening of electric contacts, and with a fuze- or ignition cable with chemical charge material, in order to ignite the chemical charge. In order to reach an effectice galvanic separation, it is the object of the invention that the chemical charge material of the fuze-cable is electrically insulating, at least in the status before ignition, and at least along a part of its length, in order to cause or effectuate a voltage potential separation between definite low, medium or high-voltage level and earth level.

The invention relates to a switch arrangement for medium and high-voltage switching devices having switches (12), with which at least one of the contacts is a moving contact which can be actuated by means of a propelling charge. In order to ensure that both a high-current arrangement and a high- voltage arrangement can be taken into account, according to the invention it is proposed that, for a plurality of switches, a dedicated propelling charge is provided for each switch, and that the propelling charges are coupled together with regard to the time of the ignition.

The invention relates to a low-voltage, medium-voltage or high-voltage switchgear assembly as claimed in the preamble of patent claim 1, 9 and 10. In order to ensure in this case that heat that is created is dissipated better to the exterior for convection, the invention in this case proposes that a thermally conductive heat transmission element in the form of a cylindrical casing is provided between the vacuum interrupter chamber, a contact holder and the encapsulation casing, the inner surface of which heat transmission element rests on the vacuum interrupter chamber and the contact holder, and the outer surface of which heat transmission element rests on the encapsulation casing inner surface. Furthermore, a heat transmitter is proposed which can be produced from a thermally conductive plastic using the injection-molding or molding-compound production process. This can then be connected to the pole part through openings. A further option is to fit these heat transmitters before the encapsulation of an assembly with dn encapsulation compound, and then to also cast them in.

A low- voltage, medium- voltage or high-voltage switchgear assembly with at least one moveable contact piece, in which the moveable contact is connected to a connection piece electrically with a flexible connecting means. In order in this case to produce a connection between the connector strip and the connection piece of the pole part, which connection has an electrical and thermal resistance which is as low as possible, the invention proposes that the flexible connecting means is connected to the connection piece directly or with an intermediate piece, which can be connected to the connection piece, cohesively or at least unreleasably.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Löschung eines Störlichtbogens in einer Mittel-und Hochspannungsschaltanlage, bei welcher mindestens ein Kurzschlusselement zwischen die Phasen einer Drehstromverteilung geschaltet wird, gemäß Oberbegriff der Patentansprüche 1 und 3. Um hierbei eine zuverlässigere Störlichtbogenlöschung vorzunehmen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass mittels Sensoren der Störlichtbogen erfasst und das Kurzschlussschaltelement mittels einer direkt am Kurzschlussschaltelement einwirkenden Sprengladung auf eine mit den Drehstromleitern verbundene zum Kurzschlussschaltelement komplementär ausgebildete konische Kontaktstruktur geschossen wird, derart, dass mit Hilfe der komplementären Konturen von Kurzschlussschaltelement und Drehstromleitern ein selbsthemmendes Verharren in der Kurzschlussstellung unter Verzicht einer Haltekraft erreicht wird.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kontaktstücken für Vakuumschaltkammern, die in der Nieder-, Mittel- und Hochspannungstechnik eingesetzt werden, bei welchen die Kontaktstücke mit vom Kontaktmittenbereich zum Rand laufenden Schlitzen versehen ist, sowie ein Kontaktsstück selbst, gemäss Oberbegriff der Patentansprüche 1 und 14. Um bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kontaktstücken in Vakuumschaltern, sowie bei einem Kontaktstück der gattungsgemässen Art eine Verbesserung dahingehend zu erreichen, dass das Fertigungsverfahren an sich deutlich einfacher wird, und das Kontaktstück höchsten funktionellen Ansprüchen genügt, ist erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass die Kontaktstücke endkonturen- und endabmessungsnah in einem pulvermetallurgischen Prozess hergestellt werden, in dem die besagten Schlitze bereits in den Grünling mit eingebracht und beim nachfolgenden Sintern fixiert werden.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vakuumschaltkammer mit Schirmung für Mittelspannungsanlagen, gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. Um hierbei die Anzahl möglicher Kurzschlussstromausschaltungen zu erhöhen, ist erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass der gesamte Schirm aus einer niedriglegierten und damit abbrandfesten Legierung besteht, die aus Kupfer mit einem Chrom- und/ oder Zirkonzusatz 0,01 und 10 Gew. -% bzw. aus Kupfer mit einem Chrom- und / oder Silberzusatz 0,1 - 0,5 Gew. % besteht.

The invention relates to an electrical connection for medium and high voltage switchgears, with an electrical terminal of a switchgear, wherein an electrical contacting surface of the electrical terminal is electrically connected with a contacting surface of an external electrical connector part via a connecting system, according to the preamble of claim 1. In order to to ensure a low restistance electrical connection, the invention is, that the connecting system comprises a female screw thread in a stud hole of the electrical terminal as well as in a stud hole of the external connector part, and a stretch bolt with male screw threads at each opposite ends, screwed into the female screw thread of the electrical terminal with one end of the stretch bolt, and into the female screw thread of the external connector part at the other end of the stretch bolt.
