PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a light diffusive resin composition which realizes high color rendering property and luminance when used for a light diffusion sheet; and a light diffusion sheet and a light source unit using the composition.SOLUTION: A light diffusion layer 2 of a light diffusion sheet 10 comprises a light diffusive resin composition containing a binder resin (A) of preferably 1-80 mass%, a light diffusive agent (B) of preferably 15-95 mass%, and a compound (C) of preferably 0.001-5 mass%. The compound (C) absorbs light in a wavelength region of 380-500 nm, and has the amount of fluorescence emission in a wavelength region of 470-630 nm that is 50% or more of the amount of fluorescence emission in a wavelength region of 305-956 nm.

Also, the fluorescent anion has a coumarin frame.

The color conversion layer absorbs light, having a specific wave length to emit light containing a wave length different from that of the absorbed light, and the color conversion filter includes a transparent substrate, a color conversion layer or a plurality of color conversion layers, having different wave length distributions respectively, and at least one of the color conversion layer contains the color conversion layers having the characteristics described.
