Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tin plated film and a tin plating bath for forming plated film in which the generation of whisker is suppressed, the control of a tin plating bath is facilitated and the cost is reduced.
SOLUTION: The tin plated film 26 covering a lead base material 22 contains nonionic high polymer fine particles 28. The high polymer fine particles 28 are deformed by the stress imparted to the tin plated film 26 to mitigate the stress. As a result, the generation of the whisker is suppressed and in an electronic component provided with an external lead covered with the tin plated film 26, the shortage caused by the whisker is prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a (meth)acrylate cellulose and a graft polymer cellulose being the grafted product in which the graft copolymerization reaction of a polymerizable compound for a cellulose which had been difficult conventionally can be performed smoothly and economically and to provide a method for producing them. SOLUTION: The cellulose is subjected to alkali substitution with an alkali aqueous solution having 0.1-100 equivalents for its glucose ring unit and reacted with a (meth)acrylic halide in an organic solvent to convert to the (meth) acrylate cellulose. The polymerizable compound is subjected to the addition polymerization.
