Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the noise level of a low frequency band without scarifying the space of a room by a method wherein a resonance sound absorption mechanism using a resonator is arranged in an air layer between an interior finish ceiling material and a ceiling slab. SOLUTION: A furring-strip holder 13 is fixed at a hanger 12 fixed at the lower end of an anchor bolt 11 buried in the lower end of an anchor bolt 1 buried in a ceiling slab 1, such as a concrete slab. An interior finish ceiling material 2 is attached to a furring strip 15 attached to the holder 13 by a clip 14. Resonance absorption mechanism 4... are disposed at an air layer 3 between the interior finish ceiling material 2 and the ceiling slab 1. A resonator comprising a body part 41, contained in an air layer 3, a neck part 42 partially protruding from the body part 41 and fitted in a hole 2A opened to an interior finish ceiling material 2, and an opening part 43 opened to the tip surface of a neck part 42 is used as a resonance sound absorption mechanism 4. This constitution effectively relieves the noise level of a low frequency band arising a most serious problem due to weight source floor impact noise.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient strength by providing a surface material impregnated with thermosetting resin on a woven cloth or an unwoven cloth on at least one face of an inorganic core material board containing no asbestos or containing at most 1wt.% thereof. SOLUTION: An inorganic core material board body 1 containing no asbestos or at most 1wt.% thereof composed of cellular concrete, light weight aggregate concrete, asbestos slate, a calcium silicate plate and the like is molded. A surface material 2 impregnated with thermosetting resin, such as phenol resin and epoxy resin on woven cloth or nonwoven cloth of inorganic fiber such as glass fiber and carbon fiber, metal fiber and the like is stuck on at least one face of the inorganic core material board body 1. Thus, the inorganic core material board without environmental pollution can be molded.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flaw resistance of the decorative material and the size stability by superimposing prepreg sheets including a thermosetting resin made from a phenol resin soluble or dispersed in an organic solvent on a base plate, superimposing a decorative material on the sheet and heat-pressing the same. SOLUTION: A woody finish material is produced by attaching a sheet 2 containing a thermosetting resin on a base plate 2 and attaching a decorative material 3 on the sheet 2. As the base plate 1, a polywood capable of being soaked in a resin and a woody board are preferable. The sheet 2 comprises a sheet substrate made of paper, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, and the like soaked with a thermosetting resin. Since a resin having characteristics necessary for the surface material is selected as the thermosetting resin for soaking the sheet substrate, a phenol resin obtained by the reaction of phenols and aldehydes are used. The phenol resin is preferably dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent so as to have a 20 to 80% solid component in terms of the soaking convenience.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise (standing waves) in a low frequency band, which becomes the problem by heavy weight floor impacting sounds, by assembling in a resonating sound absorbing mechanism in a furniture or a trash can through simple works and an arrangement. SOLUTION: A resonating sound absorbing mechanism 2 is provided in the top section of a furniture 1. The mechanism 2 consists of a main body section 21 having a cavity part, a neck section 22 which has a passage to the section 21, an opening section 23 which has an opening to the external of the section 22 and a changing mechanism 3. The mechanism 2 reduces and absorbs the standing waves generated in the room, in which the furniture 1 is placed, using the mass of air that exists in the passage of the section 22 and the air spring component of the cavity section. The length of the passage is adjustable by rotating an adjustment ring 31 which has female threads that are screwed into the male screw section provided on the outer peripheral surface of the section 22.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive formation of a resonance sound absorption system by providing a ventilation passage directed from an opening part formed in a floor surface to a floor inside, and providing a cavity part communicating with the ventilation passage. SOLUTION: In a case where a resonance sound absorption system 20 is provided, for instance, a hole 11 is provided in a floor bedrock in the neighborhood of a wall and the body part 21 of the system 20 is housed. An opening part 22 is formed in the surface of a floor 10, a neck part 24 is provided so that a ventilation passage 23 directed from the opening part 22 to the inside of the floor 10 is formed, and interconnected to the body 21. In addition, a cavity part 25 communicating with the ventilation passage 23 is provided in the body 21. An indoor standing wave generated by weight source floor impact is reduced by utilizing a resonance phenomenon by mass of the neck part 24 and the air spring component of the cavity part 25 with regard to the system 20. Thereby the noise level of a low frequency band which causes the highest concern in a weight source floor impact sound can be effectively reduced, the resonance sound absorption system is disposed without being projected in a room, and if part of the resonance sound absorption system is made variable structure, tuning can be easily performed even if used in any shaped room.

When this wooden core material board is used e.g. as a building board, it is durable to ultra-loading and even when it is under an atmosphere for moisture, the amt. of warpage is remarkably less than that of the conventional board and it is especially optimum board as a laid bed on a concrete face.

CONSTITUTION:A rubber composition for tires is prepared by mixing 100pts.wt. natural and/or synthetic diene rubber components with 30-200pts.wt. reinforcing carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 70-200m /g and a compressed dibutyl phthalate absorption of 80-130ml/100g and being surface-treated so that the concentration of the phenolic hydroxyl groups introduced to the surface may be 3.0X10 -8.1X10 /m and the pH value may be 3-5, 0.2-8pts.wt. bismaleimide compound of formula I (wherein R is phenylene or the like) and a silane coupling agent selected from the group consisting of the compounds of formulas II and III (wherein X is NO, SH, NH2 or the like, Y is a 1-4C alkyl or the like, n and m are each 1-6) and of formula VI (wherein X' is formula V, VI or VII and Y, n and m are as defined above) and used in an amount of 4.65X10 -4.65X10 m.s (wherein m is the number of pts.wt. of the carbon black added, and s is the nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of the carbon black).

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a rubber compsn. contg. silica blended therewith, which has improved processability, breaking strength, etc., by treating silica with low-temperature plasma by using an inorg. gas and using the resulting silica having improved dispersibility as silica to be blended with natural or synthetic diene rubber. CONSTITUTION:20-100pts.wt. silica (A) whose dispersibility is improved by a low-temperature plasma treatment for at least 3min by using an inorg. gas (e.g. nitrogen or oxygen) is blended with 100pts.wt. rubber component (B) selected from natural and synthetic diene rubbers (e.g. styrene/butadiene rubber or polyisoprene rubber) to obtain the titled rubber compsn. The number of OH groups on the surface of silica is reduced by the plasma treatment and hence cohesive force of silica particles is lowered, whereby dispersibility can be improved. The resulting rubber compsn. is suitable for use in the fields of tire parts, industrial products and materials requiring the blending with silica.
