The head is coupled to a distal end of the handle and includes at least one oral surface engaging element. One or more oral care applicators are positioned in the internal cavity. A cover may be slidably coupled to the handle so as to be translatable relative to the handle between: (1) a closed state in which the cover encloses the internal cavity; and (2) an open state in which the internal cavity is exposed. The one or more applicators may be provided in an accordion stack in the internal cavity.
