PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion in which the pigment is finely dispersed, and which has excellent dispersion stability of the pigment even when stored for a long time, and to provide an ink composition which has a clear color tone and high coloring power, with which an image with high picture quality is formed and which is curable by irradiation of an active energy ray and is suited for inkjet recording. SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion comprises at least: the pigment (a), a polymer including a repeating unit represented by general formula (I) and having weight average molecular weight in the range of 10,000-1,000,000 (b), and a polymerizable compound (c).
