Abstract: Co-extruded biaxially oriented film is claimed, with a base layer (A) contg. mainly polypropylene (PP) or a PP blend and an outer layer (B) contg. olefinic polymers. Layer (B) also contains a combination of inorganic and/or organic particles (P) and tert. aliphatic amine of formula (I); R1 = largely at least 18C alkyl or completely satd. 8-26C alkyl; R2, R3 = -R4-CH2OH (with R4 = largely satd. 1-6C alkylene).
