    Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to link and sense faults in a plurality of industrial control systems. A fault sensing system which senses faults in a plurality of control systems comprises a plurality of analysis devices which are disposed to correspond with each of the plurality of control systems, acquire an event which occurs with the corresponding control system and analyze whether the acquired event is a fault. A first analysis device of the plurality of analysis devices assesses whether a second analysis device of the plurality of analysis devices should be notified of the event which occurs with the corresponding control system. The second analysis device determines that a fault has occurred on condition that a correlation exists between the event of which the second analysis device is notified by the first analysis device and an event of which the second analysis device is notified by an analysis device other than the first analysis device.

[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The following steps are executed in a medical guide system of the invention. Data on a medical card where examination data including examination items, examination dates and times, and examination results and therapy data including therapies, therapy dates and times, and therapy results are electronically recorded for each patient. Pre-division point data which is the examination data before a predetermined division point in time series of the medical card data and pos t- division point data which is the examination data after the predetermined division point are extracted for each patient. Therapy patterns with frequencies equal to or higher than a predetermined frequency are extracted from time post-division point data. A rule to associate the examination results with the therapy patterns is derived from the therapy patterns and p re- division point data.

Ein erstes Analyseelement aus der Vielzahl von Analyseelementen ermittelt, ob ein in dem zugehörigen Steuersystem auftretendes Ereignis einem zweiten Analyseelement aus der Vielzahl von Analyseelementen anzuzeigen ist, und das zweite Analyseelement stellt unter der Bedingung, dass das von dem ersten Analyseelement angezeigte Ereignis eine Korrelation mit einem durch ein anderes Analyseelement als das erste Analyseelement angezeigten Ereignis aufweist, fest, dass eine Unregelmäßigkeit aufgetreten ist.

    Abstract: Source sentences in the first language to be translated are entered to an input unit 12. Through the input unit 12 source sentences are entered to a polysemous word settlement unit 20 via an entered sentences analyzing unit 14. A characteristics table generation part 30 stores a characteristics table in which each meaning is preliminarily associated with each characteristic with respect to polysemous words. A characteristics record generation part 22 generates a characteristics record to compare the characteristics table and the characteristics record, thereby selecting and outputting the meaning of the polysemous word based on the characteristics in the source sentences. Each word whose ambiguity has been settled at the polysemous word settlement unit 20 is translated at a correlative translation processing unit 40 to be output to an output unit 46. Thus ambiguity of the meaning of a polysemous word in a first language having a plurality of meanings is settled so as to make source sentences in the first language correspond in the most appropriate way to the translated sentences in the second language.
