Abstract: [Objetivo] Proporcionar una junta roscada para tuberías que es una junta de tipo de sello radial y que tiene tanto alta resistencia al agarrotamiento como alta capacidad de sellado. [Solución] En la junta roscada para tuberías, un recubrimiento que tiene una dureza Vickers mayor de o igual a 310 se forma sobre una poción roscada de la unión hembra y una superficie interna de la unión hembra correspondiente a una porción de sello. La relación de cantidad de interferencia de sello d/D de la porción de sello en una dirección circunferencial de una tubería es mayor de o igual a 0.002, en donde D es un diámetro de sello definido como un diámetro exterior del extremo macho en un punto de sello que es un punto en la superficie periférica externa de la nariz del extremo macho en el cual la superficie periférica externa primero hace contacto con la superficie periférica interna de la nariz de la unión hembra y d es una cantidad de interferencia definida como una cantidad mediante la cual el diámetro exterior en el punto de sello se reduce por la unión hembra cuando el extremo macho y la unión hembra están conectados de forma roscada entre sí. Abstract: In the prior art, only the case where the contact is made on the stabbing flank face 31B is estimated and hence, the prior art has a drawback that when a highly concentrated load acts on the load flank face 30P of the threaded portion on the pin pipe end side, the concentrated load cannot be decreased. In a premium joint, a pitch change is made such that an internally-thread pitch 20B has the same value as an externally-thread pitch 20P from a thread end portion on a box 1 end side to a pitch change position (PCP) taken on a box center side with respect to a position away from the thread end portion by 1/2 of an entire length of the threaded portion, and the internally-thread pitch is changed to a value less than the externally-thread pitch at the pitch change position (PCP) so that a thread gap 10 is gradually decreased from the pitch change position to a position (PCP) of the thread end portion on the box center side, and the thread gap is eventually set to a value which is 0.2 to 0.8 times as large as the thread gap 10 before the pitch change is made.

Abstract: Provided is a screw joint for a pipe which improves seal property, compression resistance property and galling resistance property. The screw joint for a pipe has a pin member 3 of which an outer diameter of a raw pipe portion is set to 168.3mm or less. An outer peripheral surface of a nose portion of the pin member 3 is formed into an outwardly projecting convex curve as viewed in cross section taken along an axial direction of the pin member. The convex curve is formed into a curved shape where a composite R curve is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of outwardly convex arcs having different radii of curvature R from each other on a generating line of a cylindrical portion disposed adjacent to a male threaded portion. A radius of curvature R of the arc is increased as the arc is away from the male threaded portion, and a tangent of the arc on a connecting point agrees with a tangent of the arc which is a connection counterpart. The inner peripheral surface of a box member 1 is formed into a tapered surface which interferes with the outer peripheral surface of the nose portion of the pin member at the time of joining with the pin member, and a length of the nose portion of the pin member is set to 5mm or more and less than 20mm.

Los parámetros que incluyen los tamaños de la unión roscada en las posiciones del punto de sello y las porciones de hombro cumplen con las fórmulas (1) y (2), y se establece Ls / Ln entre 0,2 y 0,6. (Ds1² - Ds0²) / (D1² - D0²) ³ 0.30 (1) tanq > (DD + d) / {2 (Lt - Ls)} (2).
