    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing foamed soap, by which foamed soap having a fixed specific gravity is efficiently produced without applying a load to an apparatus.
    SOLUTION: In the method for producing the foamed soap by solidifying melted soap containing innumerable foams, the melted soap to be solidified is prepared by mixing a first melted soap which has a specific gravity lower than the specific gravity G0 of the melted soap and contains foams with a second melted soap which has a specific gravity higher than that of the first melted soap. The ratio (G0/G1) of the specific gravity G0 to the specific gravity G1 of the first melted soap containing foams is 1.1-3.2. Preferably the specific gravity G0 is 0.50-0.80, the specific gravity G1 of the first melted soap containing foams is 0.25-0.45 and the specific gravity G2 of the second melted soap is 0.85-1.25.
