Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first agent composition for oxidation hair-dyeing or bleaching, capable of dyeing or bleaching the hair from the root to the hairtip without damaging the hair, imparting good color, gloss, arrangeable properties after drying and moisture retention to the hair, providing good retainability thereof, and having good stability of the emulsion. SOLUTION: The first agent composition for the oxidation hair-dyeing or the bleaching contains (A) an amino-modified silicone, (B) a highly polymerized silicones having ≥1,000 number average polymerization degree, (C) a long chain dialkyl-type quaternary ammonium salt represented by formula (1) [wherein, R 1 and R 2 are each an 8-24C alkyl group which may be substituted with a hydroxy group; R 3 and R 4 are each a 1-3C alkyl group which may be substituted with a hydroxy group; A - is a halide ion, a methyl sulfate anion or an ethyl sulfate anion], (D) a higher alcohol, (E) an alkali agent, (F) a dye (not contained in the bleaching) and (G) water. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation hair dye or a bleaching agent composition, having especially excellent effects for preventing squeaky feeling and entanglement of the hair when the hair is wet at the time from rinsing out of the composition coated on the hair through shampooing treatment to drying of the hair, imparting gloss and easily arrangeable properties to the hair, and having good dyeing power or bleaching power. SOLUTION: The composition as the oxidation hair dye or the bleaching agent composition is used by mixing a first agent containing an alkali agent, and an oxidation dye intermediate or a direct dye (the oxidation dye intermediate or the direct dye is not contained in the bleaching composition), and a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide. The first agent contains (A) a nonvolatile silicone, (B) a cationic polymer and (C) water besides them. The ratio of the content of (D) an anionic group agent in the composition to the content of the component (B) satisfies the relation of [activity concentration of an anion in the component (D)]/[activity concentration of a cation in the component (B)]≤0.8, [(activity concentration of ion)=(molar concentration)×(ion valence)] and the pH after mixing is 8-12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair-treating agent having excellent bleaching power, capable of dyeing the hair so that the hair color may be a bright good color, and having a little irritating odor. SOLUTION: This hair-treating agent is a composition used by mixing a first agent containing an alkali agent with a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide. The hair-treating agent after mixing comprises (A) 1-70 wt.% organic solvent having 0.3-6 octanol-water distribution coefficient (logP) at 25°C, and ≤200 molecular weight, (B) 0.001-3 wt.% 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid or salt thereof, (C) 0.1-10 wt.% alkali agent, (D) 0.1-12 wt.% hydrogen peroxide and (E) 20-80 wt.% water, and has pH 7-13. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dye composition having little irritating smell, excellent in hair conditioning effect in and after treatment and having excellent hair-decoloring power and hair-dying power. SOLUTION: This hair dye composition is used by mixing the 1st agent comprising an alkali agent and the 2nd agent comprising an oxidizing agent and comprises (A) 1-70 wt.% organic solvent having 0.3-6 octanol-water partition coefficient (logP) at 25°C and ≤200 molecular weight and (B) 0.01-3 wt.% ammonia, wherein, after mixing the above components together, water content is 20-70 wt.% and pH is 7.5-12 and the 1st agent is an emulsion comprising an oily component and a cationic surfactant. The hair dye has excellent decoloring power, dyes the hair to have a bright and good hue, has low irritating smell and low irritation to the scalp and is excellent in hair conditioning effect. CONSTITUTION: A foamed cosmetics applicator for hair is composed of outer combteeth installed upright at the periphery of one surface of a combteeth supporting part 40 and inner combteeth 54 installed upright in the supporting part on the inside of the outer combteeth in such a way as surrounded thereby, wherein the inner combteeth 54 are shorter than the outer 52, and at the inner combteeth 54 a nozzle in communication with a communication hole to discharge the foamed cosmetics is installed in a location near the base part.

PURPOSE:To obtain a new alpha-(alkylcyclohexyloxy)-beta-alkanol having woody amber fragrance, excellent after-aroma, inexpensively producible. CONSTITUTION:A compound shown by formula I [at least one of R to R is CR R R (R and R are 1-4C alkyl or R and R are bonded to form cycloalkyl; R is H or 1-4C alkyl) and other groups are H or CH3; R to R are H, or 1-6C alkyl] such as 1-(2-t-butylcyclohexyloxy)-2-propanol. The compound is obtained by converting an alkylcyclohexanol shown by formula II in a solvent such as THF or benzene by using a strong base such as NaH into an alcoholate and then reacting the alcoholate with an epoxide shown by formula III. In both the reactions, the reaction temperature is preferably 50-100 deg.C.
