Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent particle group with good flowability and excellent rinsing property, its manufacturing method and a detergent composition containing the same.
SOLUTION: In this detergent particle group constituted by containing a surfactant and zeolite, in which the surface of the particle is covered with the zeolite of a median size of 1-4 μm and a particle distribution of a standard deviation of ≤1.60 μm, at least a portion of the particle of the detergent particle group contains the zeolite of the median size of less than 1 μm and/or more than 4 μm in the interior of the particle. The manufacturing method of the detergent particle group comprises a step of obtaining a detergent particle intermediate group by mixing the particle group with a surface modifier containing the zeolite of the median size of less than 1 μm and/or more than 4 μm, and a step of mixing the above mixture with the zeolite of the median size of 1-4 μm and the particle distribution of the standard deviation of ≤1.60 μm. The detergent composition contains the detergent particle group in ≥50 wt%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which sufficiently reveals detergency even under low-temperature cleaning conditions because of the comparable solubility of both of the particles by blending detergent particles which contain a surfactant and have a specified particle diameter, high bulk density and a specified dissolution time with particles which contain an enzyme and have a specified dissolution time. SOLUTION: The detergent particles used have a 95% dissolution time of at most 90 sec at 10 deg.C as determined by the conductimetric method, a bulk density of at least 500 g/l, and a mean particle diameter of 150-500 μm, with particles having a diameter of 710 μm or larger and those having a diameter below 125 μm each accounting for 10 wt.% of the whole particles. The enzynse- containing particles used have a 95% dissolution time of 60-300 sea. It is desirable to blend 100 pts.wt. of the detergent particles with 0.2-10 pts.wt. of the enzyme-containing particles. The detergent particles preferably have a composition consisting of 5-80 wt.% surfactant, 10-50 wt.% inorganic material hardly soluble in water, and 1-20 wt.% water-soluble polymer.
