PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a water-curable powder capable of obtaining a water-curable powder affording an improved pulverizing efficiency at a step of pulverizing a water-curable compound and yielding a water-curable composition exhibiting an improved compressive strength at the time of the curing thereof.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing a water-curable powder includes a step of pulverizing a water-curable compound in the presence of resorcinol (component (A)) and at least one type selected from the group consisting of glycerin and an ethylene oxide adduct of glycerin (component (B)), whereas the mass ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) (component (A)/component (B)) is 1/99 or above and 45/55 or below.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersing agent for a hydraulic composition, which strikes a balance between the improvement in flow retentivity of the hydraulic composition and early strength thereof by using a naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation product as a dispersing agent.SOLUTION: The dispersing agent for the hydraulic composition contains, in a predetermined weight ratio, the naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation product and an alkyldiethanolamine having an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition which exhibits a high strength in about 24 hours after preparation of the hydraulic composition without performing heat-curing.SOLUTION: A hydraulic composition includes: a dispersant; one or more kinds of polyhydric alcohols (hereafter called as A component) selected from the group consisting of glycerin and an alkylene oxide adduct of glycerin obtained by adding the average of more than 0 mole and 3 moles or less of alkylene oxide; one or more kinds of amine compounds (hereafter called as B component) selected from the group consisting of tri isopropanol amine and an alkyl diethanolamine having 1-3C alkyl group; cement; and water. CAF in the cement has content of 6.0 wt.% or more and 15 wt.% or less, gypsum dehydrate in the cement has content of 0.5 wt.% or more and 10 wt.% or less, and nitrates and nitrites have content of 90 pts. by wt. or less based on 100 pts. by wt. of the sum total of the A component and B component.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hydraulic powder which achieves both exhibiting good crushing efficiency of a hydraulic compound and obtaining a hydraulic powder, such as cement, improved in a compression strength in curing of the obtained hydraulic composition.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method for producing a hydraulic powder, which comprises a step wherein a hydraulic compound is pulverized in the presence of a pulverization assistant and an acid salt of a specific compound such as urea. This method for producing a hydraulic powder is characterized in that the abundance of the acid salt of a compound is 0.0001-0.05 pt.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the hydraulic compound and the weight ratio of the acid salt of a compound to the pulverization assistant (acid salt of compound/pulverization assistant) is from 40/60 to 1/99.
