    Abstract: According to the various embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a display device comprising a substrate; a thin film transistor on the substrate including a source electrode and a drain electrode; an anode electrode connected to the drain electrode; an organic light emitting film on the anode electrode; a cathode electrode on the organic light emitting film; an encapsulation layer including a first inorganic film, a first organic film on the first inorganic film, and a second inorganic film on the first organic film; a touch buffer layer on the second inorganic film of the encapsulation layer; a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode on the touch buffer layer; a touch insulating film disposed between the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; a touch pad including an upper pad electrode and a lower pad electrode; wherein the second touch electrode is connected to a touch sensing line, and the touch sensing line is provided on a side surface of the encapsulation layer.

    Abstract: Provided is a touch display device. Because a shielding electrode (SE), which is disposed in a non-active area (NA) and electrically coupled between a common electrode (COM) and a common voltage supply line (CVL), is located between a touch routing line (TL) and a signal line (SL), the effects of noise caused by the signal line (SL) on the touch routing line (TL) may be reduced. Further, an encapsulation portion (ENCAP) located on the shielding electrode (SE) has a planarized structure. The resulting maintenance of a certain distance between the shielding electrode (SE) and the touch routing line (TL) may reduce noise caused by the signal line (SL) from indirectly affecting the touch routing line (TL) through the shielding electrode (SE).
