    Abstract: A refrigerator that is capable of enabling a user to easily introduce or remove goods into or from the refrigerator is described. Specifically, a refrigerator that is capable of enabling a drawer for receiving goods to be more conveniently used is described. The refrigerator includes a cabinet having a storage compartment with a food introduction port formed in the front thereof, a door hingedly connected to the cabinet for opening and closing the storage compartment, a plurality of drawers disposed in the storage compartment, the drawers being arranged vertically, a moving frame extending vertically so as to correspond to the height at which the drawers are disposed, the moving frame being configured to selectively push the drawers such that the drawers are moved toward the food introduction port, an electric driving unit coupled to the moving frame for moving the moving frame toward the food introduction port, and a controller for controlling the electric driving unit to move the moving frame when it is sensed that the door is open.

    Abstract: Provided is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes: a cabinet including an outer case, an inner case disposed inside the outer case and defining a storage space, and an insulating material filled between the outer case and the inner case; a door pivotably connected to a front surface of the cabinet and selectively opening/closing a storage compartment; a shelf assembly including a shelf supporting arm fixed to a real surface of the inner case and a shelf connected to the shelf supporting arm so as to be slidably movable; and a withdrawal device connected to the door and withdrawing the shelf forward in accordance with pivoting of the door for opening the storage space. Here, the withdrawal device includes: a slide member held in a space between the outer case and the inner case; a link member including a front end portion connected to the door and a rear end portion connected to the slide member; and a connection member connecting the slide member and the shelf.
