Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fire resistant and uninflammable material used for radio wave darkroom, electromagnetic shielding room etc. SOLUTION: A ceramic fiber mainly comprising alumina, silica in excellent uninflammability and fire resistance is used for fire resistant, uninframmable material or heat insulation material. Besides, a ceramic molded product in extremely small density is light weighted similar to foamed urethane even if it is formed into a large pyramid or wedge shape thus applicable for an electric wave absorbing material. Therefore, a water solution wherein carbon is dispersed in this ceramic molded product is used to penetrate and impregnate the carbon or mixed with carbon fiber or metallic fiber for constitution of the radio wave absorbing material. Through these procedures, the electric wave absorbing material having excellent uninframmability and fire resistance in addition to the electric wave absorbing characteristics similar to conventional electric wave absorbing materials can be obtained.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for performing heating and drying processes of high efficiency by providing a means to cut subject matter before feeding it to a heating way. SOLUTION: In a feed means 21, a screw 21B of which rotation shaft 21A is rotated by a motor is used, and garbage charged from a hopper 24 provided in part of a carrying passage 2 is forcedly fed to the tip side in the carrying passage 2. A cutting means 22 thinly cuts the garbage, and it is provided on a feed destination of garbage by the feed means 21. The cutting means 22 is connected through a proper gear or speed changing mechanism to a motor. A filter 23 is provided inside the carrying passage 2 for the garbage thinly cut by the cutting means 22 to pass. The filter 23 is composed to have relatively small holes of a specific diameter size dispersed at different positions of a disc-shaped main body fixed in the carrying passage downstream of a carrying direction and close to the cutting means 22.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the miniaturization and the high density mounting of a connector by assembling a plurality of contacts with contact pieces extending in the direction reverse to each other into the front side or the rear side of a housing. SOLUTION: A first contact 16 is inserted from the front side of a housing 15 and a second contact 17 is inserted from the rear side thereof into the respective slits 20a, 20b of the housing 15. This connector for a flat cable has such structure that the contacts 16, 17 are respectively assembled thereinto and that the respective contact pieces of the first and the second contacts do not overlap each other in the direction of the width of the housing 15, and further, the respective contact parts 16d, 17d of the contacts 16, 17 are alternately disposed. Therefore, even when a contact is designed for the minimum contact interval determined by a withstand voltage between adjacent contacts, the actual pitch between the contact parts 16d, 17d can be reduced to 1/2 of the contact interval.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate and measure electromagnetic shielding with accuracy even in a high frequency range. SOLUTION: In this device, two metal plates 1, 2 with a width 2a ten times or more as wide as the wavelength of the lowest usable frequency are disposed between parallel metal plates, disposed in parallel with a space of half the wavelength or less, with a prescribed space and in such a way as to be linear between an input dielectric rod 3 and an output dielectric rod 4 with a width of a quarter or less of the wavelength, and a sample 5 for measurement is disposed between them. The dielectric rods 3, 4 are disposed in such a way that the respective one end taper parts 31, 41 project outside of the metal plates 1, 2. Electromagnetic wave is led into the dielectric rod 3, and the electromagnetic wave transmitted through the sample 5 is outputted from the dielectric rod 4.

CONSTITUTION: A current probe is characterized by a constitution wherein in a metallic cylinder equipped with a concentric cavity 2 inside, a magnetic field sensor 4 is placed inside the cavity 2, a concentric and circumferential slit 1 passing through the cavity 2 is provided on one of end faces and the end face where the slit 1 is provided is covered by an electrically insulating sheet 3. Since difference between current density flowing into a circle which the slit 1 makes, and current density leaking out from this circumference is output of the probe, a current leaking position can be simply found.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily find a part where current leaks from the inside of an electronic equipment to the surface of a metal enclosure by providing a probe body, a slit, an output terminal, and an insulation member. CONSTITUTION: When a probe body 1 is moved on the surface of an enclosure 100 including an electromagnetic wave occurrence source S inside, an output voltage E increases at the part of a hole Q being present on the surface of the enclosure 100 and reaches 0 at the other parts, thus easily finding a current flow-out port Q. A voltage induced between the slits of the body 1 corresponding to the difference between the magnetic field flowing into the body 1 via the slits 2 from the surface of the enclosure 100 and the magnetic field flowing out of the body 1 via the slits 2. The current flow-out port of the enclosure 100 can be easily found according to the fluctuation of the output voltage. Also, by providing the slits 2 on a bottom plate 11, a measurement error due to the influence of external magnetic field can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION: A microwave heating apparatus 10 comprises a body 11, a cover 12 removably disposed on the upper part of the body, and a water storage tank 13 disposed on the lower part of the body 11. Microwaves outputted from an electromagnetic wave generator 15 are guided from a first waveguide 16 to a second waveguide 17. A waste container 18 is disposed on the upper part of the second waveguide 17. Many small holes are formed in a side surface of the waste container 18 from which water is taken out and is recovered to the water storage tank 13 through a first drain pipe 21. Dehydration time is correspondingly shortened.

A heating vessel 3 of a network structure having low dielectric loss and square side faces is so disposed on the way of the waveguide 2 that one of the corners is directed downward, and an object 4 to be heated is disposed therein. The vessel 3 has a structure which can be rotated at the center of the side face as a center, and is so rotated that the adjacent corner is opposed to the electromagnetic wave direction each time of radiating the wave for a predetermined time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain radio wave absorber having a magnetic material layer whose permeability is large even in a high frequency band, by arranging pin- shaped soft ferrite sintered bodies vertically to a plate surface, and installing a magnetized permanent magnet on at least one surface of the plate. CONSTITUTION:Pin-shaped soft ferrite sintered bodies with 1-10mm diameter whose aspect ratio is 5 or larger are so arranged that the pin direction is vertical to the plane surface, and a ferrite plate 5 is formed by combining them with resin. Hard ferrite particle powder is kneaded in resin, and a layer of 2-30 mm in thickness is formed on the ferrite plate 5. Magnetized permanent magnets 4 are laminated on one side or on both sides or alternately laminated. A the pin-shaped soft ferrite sintered bodies used in the above process is nickel zinc spinel ferrite sintered bodies, or W type or Y type or Z type hexagonal system ferrite sintered bodies. The surface magnetic flux density of the permanent magnet is at least 100G. By a dielectric laminate using this, radio wave absorber is constituted.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring device of two dimensional electromagnetic field intensity of rather simple constitution with which precise distribution of the electromagnetic field intensity can be measured vary quickly. CONSTITUTION:A measuring device 1 of two dimensional electromagnetic field intensity, detects electric field or magnetic field of noise electric wave from an equipment 2 to be measured, by an electromagnetic field probe 11. From a key board 15, frequency to be measured, and intervals of scanning ranges and measurement points of the electromagnetic probe 11, are input to a controller 14. A spectrum analyzer 12 selects and receives the noise electric wave of designated frequency by the controller 14, from the electromagnetic probe 11, and then outputs intensity signal data to the controller 14. A probe scanning part 13 makes the electromagnetic probe 11 which is loaded thereto, scan two dimensionally by the controller 14, with putting a motor drive interface 16 in between. The controller 14 outputs intensity distribution signal consisting of position data of the electromagnetic probe 11, to a display 17, and the display 17 displays the intensity distribution of the noise electric wave, two dimensionally.
