    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic molded article having a multi-color, light- transmitting open pattern on the surface thereof without restricting the shape. CONSTITUTION:In a transfer foil 6 in use, a masking layer 2 is formed on a substrate sheet 1 having a releasability, and light-transmitting color layers of two or more different colors, e.g. a first light-transmitting color layer 31 and a second light-transmitting color layer 32, are juxtaposed on the masking layer 2. The surface of the transfer foil 6 opposite to the substrate sheet 1 is brought into close contact with the surface of a light-transmitting plastic molded piece 7. This is heated and pressurized from on the substrate sheet 1. By releasing the substrate sheet 1, a plastic molded piece with the masking layer 2 and the light-transmitting color layers integrated with the light- transmitting plastic molded piece 7 is obtained. Thereafter, a part of the masking layer 2 is cut off in a pattern form, such as characters and symbols, by laser etching for exposing the lower light-transmitting color layers. In this manner, a plastic molded article with a multi-color, light-transmitting open pattern is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable transfer material to be manufactured easily and in a short time by forming at least a pattern layer using an ink jet printing technique. CONSTITUTION:A removable peel-off layer 2 is formed on a base sheet 1, and then a pattern layer 3 is formed on the peel-off layer 2. Furthermore, the pattern layer 3 is formed on the transfer material so that an adhesive layer 4 is provided on the layer 3 using an ink jet printing technique. This transfer material is placed over the other transfer material so that the adhesive layer 4 comes in contact with the surface of a transfer medium 5. Next, these transfer materials are heated and pressed and subsequently, the pattern layer 3 is caused to adhere to the surface of the transfer medium 5. After this, if the base sheet 1 is peeled off, the peel-off occurs on the surfaces of the base sheet 1 and the peel-off layer 2. Then the adhesive layer 4, pattern layer 5 and peel-off layer 2 are transferred to the surface of the transfer medium 5 and thus an image can be visualized on the transfer medium 5.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain the title cosmetic, by pressurizing the top of a hermetically closed print screen, fast sticking the screen to a sheet, stopping pressurizing and transferring cosmetic ink piled on a mesh opening of the screen onto the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Rubbing-off type cosmetic ink 3 is piled on a print screen 1 so as to cover a mesh opening 2 of the screen 1, the top of the screen 1 is hermetically closed and the screen 1 is placed on a stage 4 placing the sheet 5 at an interval. The top of the screen 1 is pressurized so that the screen 1 is fast stuck to the sheet 5. Pressurizing is stopped so that the screen 1 is separated from the sheet 5, the cosmetic ink 3 in the mesh opening 2 is transferred onto the sheet 5 to efficiently obtain a sheetlike cosmetic useful as a sample of cosmetic without requiring masking and causing waste of the cosmetic ink at low cost.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve process efficiency by a method wherein a peeling layer and a metal evaporating layer comprising ultraviolet or electron beam hardening resin are laminated in order on an base material sheet with mold release characteristics. CONSTITUTION: When ultraviolet rays or electron beam is applied on a base material sheet 1 processed with a mold lubricant such as polyethylene terephthalate and the like, said sheet becomes three dimensionally bridged forming polymer with reticulated structure. A peeling layer 2 mainly made of reactive double coupled prepolymer, reactive epoxy base prepolymer, oligomer therefor or hardening composite; a coloring layer 3; preevaporating anchored layer 4 and a metal evaporating layer 5 are laminated in order on said sheet. Further, an adhering layer 6 with the predetermined pattern and thickness of 0.5-15 μm is formed on the metal evaporating layer 5. After the transfer material is superimposed on a base material 7 such as a glass container and heat-pressurized and the base material sheet 1 is peeled off, a metal lustrous pattern is transferred thereon. Thus, stereographic and excellent surface strength metal lustrous patterns can be obtained effectively.
