Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation apparatus, provided with an immersion objective lens in which a liquid can be automatically poured and with which the shift of the position of a liquid pouring means can be prevented, the exchange of various objective lenses can be operated, the contamination of the immersion objective lens is easily removed, and to provide a high-accuracy observation can be carried out. SOLUTION: The observation apparatus is used for observing an observation object 12, mounted at an observation position on a stage 1 via the immersion objective lens 2 placed below the observation object 12. The observation apparatus has a liquid pouring device 8, constituted relatively movable, with respect to the immersion objective lens 2, pouring a liquid on a top lens surface 2a of the immersion objective lens 2, from the upper side of the immersion objective lens 2 at a distance from the observation position on the stage 1; and a position control device 10 for automatically adjusting relative positions of a liquid pouring position of the liquid pouring device 8 and the immersion objective lens 2 and automatically adjusting relative positions of the immersion objective lens 2, on which the liquid is poured by the liquid pouring device 8 and a desired observation position on the stage 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance light source device that prevents the deviation of an optical axis due to the influence of thermal expansion resulting from the heat generation of a laser light source, and that can be made small in size and light in weight at a low cost. SOLUTION: The light source device 1 includes a base 7; laser heads 1a, 1b and 1c for emitting laser light; and a second holding member 10 for supporting the laser heads 1a, 1b and 1c on the base 7. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample container holder, constituted so that a plurality of sample containers can be safely and easily mounted on or removed from the stacker of a robot. SOLUTION: The sample container holder is equipped with a frame 10 for constituting the whole main frame, a lever 20 for grasping microplates along with the frame 10, a grip 30 for gripping the sample container holder 1 and the side surface guide 40 fixed to the frame 10 to prevent the shift of the side surfaces of a plurality of the microplates. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immersion objective capable of stably holding supplied liquid. SOLUTION: The immersion objective 11 has an edge lens 31, a lens frame 32 supporting the lens 31, and a liquid-proof frame 33 attached to the outer circumference of the lens frame 32. The lens frame 32 has a curved surface 32a like the side surface of a truncated cone lowered in a radial direction. The frame 33 prevents the liquid supplied onto the lens 31 from flowing into the fine part of the objective 11 or a device under the objective 11. The frame 33 has a liquid sphere holding wall 35 on its inner circumference side (side nearest to the center axis of the lens), and a liquid receiving part 33a on the outer circumference side.
