Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic puncture system precisely grasping the puncture situation. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator 6 is incorporated in a hand piece 8 in a proximal side. When a probe 9 inserted in a trochar sheath 10 transmits the ultrasonic wave to a skin tissue 21, where its tip part 9a is pushed, and forms a puncture therein, a drive impedance detecting circuit 28 provided in a power supply device 3 and detecting the impedance of an electric energy to be supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator 6 detects the completion of the puncture. In this case, fluid is fed to an opening 23 in the tip via a clearance 22 between the trochar sheath 10 and the probe 9 so as to eliminate a factor lowering the detection accuracy of the puncture due to the intrusion of the body fluid or the like into the opening 23, thereby accurately grasping the puncture state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic trocar puncture system for raising safety and operability in puncturing to a body wall by ultrasonic vibration. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic trocar puncture system 1 includes: a communication cable 4; a flow rate sensor 54; and a second CPU (central processing unit) 44. Communication is performed between an aeroperitoneum apparatus 40 and an ultrasonic oscillation device 9 through a communication cable 4. The flow rate sensor 54 is arranged in the aeroperitoneum apparatus 40, and measures a state in a ventral cavity to be changed by the supply of gas for aeroperitoneum to the ventral cavity. The second CPU 44 controls the output of the ultrasonic oscillation device 9, based on a measurement result, after the transmission of the measurement result in the flow rate sensor 54 from the aeroperitoneum apparatus 40 to the ultrasonic oscillation device 9 through the communication cable 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic surgical device which can be used also as an electric electrocautery and which realizes smooth treatment without deteriorating operability even when noise caused by high-frequency current, or the like, to the electric electrocautery is conducted. SOLUTION: This device is used together with a high-frequency treatment tool, or the like, for performing treatment with high frequency current, and is provided with an identifier 26 for identifying a kind, connected with an ultrasonic hand piece 21 incorporating an ultrasonic oscillator 25 to supply drive power to the ultrasonic oscillator 25 through a blocking means 23 and to fetch discrimination information from an identifier discrimination means 32 for discriminating the identifier 26 through a gate means 33. When a noise determination means 27 detects a noise at a prescribed level or a higher level, a processing means 28 delays time and turns off the blocking means 23 and the gate means 33. In the case of noise at a level free from a trouble in operation, ultrasonic treatment can be continued so as to secure operability. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
