Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning probe apparatus having a wide range of application for scanning even in a depth direction, or the like, without enlarging the outer diameter of an optical scanning probe. SOLUTION: In the optical scanning probe 305, a balloon 353 to be expanded in a radius direction is connected to the tip end of a sheath 341 via a connection ring 349a. An elastic cylinder body 352 to be extended in a longitudinal direction so as to be freely movable is connected to the tip end via a connection ring 349b. A tip end frame body 351, incorporating an optical scanning optical system 350 for performing two-dimensional scanning in a direction orthogonally crossed with an optical axial direction, is connected to the tip end. Pressurized air 355 is supplied/discharged inside the connected body. Thus, optical scanning image information is obtained by moving the elastic cylinder body 352 in the longitudinal direction, so as to move the tip end frame body 351, and moving an observation point 326, so as to vary the depth direction of a subject. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trans-body cavity cauterization device that can cauterize a wide range of tissues using an ultrasonic wave element for HIFU, while maintaining a distance from a body wall surface of an ultrasonic wave element for HIFU, and to provide a mounting unit.SOLUTION: A trans-body cavity cauterization device is used by an ultrasonic endoscope having an ultrasonic probe for receiving at least an ultrasonic echo for use in the internal observation at the tip of an insertion section inserted into a body of a subject. The device includes: a HIFU ultrasonic wave element capable of applying high-density energy at a focal position by oscillating an ultrasonic wave; a HIFU holding member for holding the HIFU ultrasonic wave element, and mounted at the tip of the insertion section; and focal position changing means mounted on the HIFU holding member to support the HIFU holding member, and changing the focal position of the HIFU ultrasonic wave element.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine injection system capable of surely injecting medicine of a quantity to be injected to a lesion part.SOLUTION: A medicine injection system includes: a treatment instrument 10 having a puncture needle which punctures a region of interest of an analyte and capable of discharging a liquid from the tip part; a tissue property detection part having a detection part for detecting a detection value according to the load applied to the puncture needle from the outside depending upon a pressure change of the interior of the puncture needle, a pressure detection part for obtaining the detection value of the load detected by the detection part and converting it to a pressure value and a comparing part for comparing the pressure value obtained by the pressure detection part with a threshold to thereby detect the tissue property in the punctured part of the puncture needle on the basis of the comparison result of the comparing part; and a control part for conducting the control for discharging medicine from the puncture needle on the basis of the tissue property detection result by the tissue property detection part.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain function detecting apparatus which enables the distal end parts of all electrodes to reliably make contact with scalps of different subjects by adapting to individual differences of heads of the subjects for detecting a state of a brain function with accuracy. SOLUTION: The brain function detecting apparatus is equipped with a caplike body 2 of the device placed on the head B of the subject A and a plurality of electrodes 3 which are attached to the body 2 by being spaced out mutually and are disposed to make contact with the scalp C for detecting electroencephalogram signals. The body 2 is equipped with a plurality of holder pieces 4a-4c for attaching at least one electrode 3, curving belts 5 for connecting the holder pieces 4a-4c, and a means 5a for adjusting between holder pieces for adjusting a distance between the holder pieces 4a-4c. SOLUTION: The subject electrode device for detecting the brain wave, which is disposed in contact with the scalp A having the hair B and detects brain wave signals, is provided with the metal electrodes 9 and caps 11 coveringly disposed on the tip surfaces of the metal electrodes 9 and having elastic members 10 containing electrolyte. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool system and an endoscope system, capable of surely improving drug absorption performance of a tissue by a puncture needle in a soft endoscope.SOLUTION: A treatment tool system having a flexible first tube part inserted into an analyte is used in an endoscope generating an image signal according to an image of the interior of the analyte. The treatment tool system includes: a treatment tool having a second flexible tube part which is inserted in the first flexible tube part and substantially like a flexible cylinder and a puncture needle provided at a tip of the second flexible tube part to puncture a region of interest of the analyte; an ultrasonic element which oscillates an ultrasonic wave and transmits an ultrasonic wave through the second flexible tube part to thereby vibrate the puncture needle; an output adjusting part for adjusting the output of the ultrasonic element; a rigid bar-like member having a detection sensor for detecting a detection value according to the vibration frequency of the puncture needle; a detecting part for detecting the detection value detected by the detection sensor to acquire a vibration frequency; and ultrasonic control means for conducting the control for adjusting the output of the ultrasonic element.
