Le dispositif de fermeture comprend un chapeau de distribution réaclisé en une matière élastiquement déformable, qui comporte, d'une part, une jupe pour fixer le chapeau sur l'extérieur du goulot du récipient et, d'autre part, une buse de distribution pourvue d'une canalisation axiale, un organe de fermeture étant disposé à l'intérieur du chapeau de distribution, organe consistant en un obturateur disposé du côté du goulot du récipient et en une tige de manoeuvre logée à l'intérieur de la canalisation axiale de la buse. L'obturateur est disposé à l'intérieur de la canalisation axiale de la buse et comporte, sur sa paroi latérale, une zone annulaire qui fait étanchéité avec la paroi de la buse qui l'entoure. La buse comporte entre sa partie qui entoure la tige de manoeuvre et sa partie qui entoure l'obturateur, une zone de paroi périphérique susceptible d'être élastiquement déformée, de façon que la partie de la buse, qui contient la tige de manoeuvre, puisse basculer par rapport à la partie de la buse qui contient la zone annulaire de l'obturateur faisant l'étanchéité.
