Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile terminal and a device to wirelessly communicate with each other and the device to perform specific operation in accordance with a distance therebetween. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 1000 and a device 2000 comprise a first transmitting/receiving means 100 and a second transmitting/receiving means 200 capable of controlling a communication distance therebetween step by step. If the terminal 1000 and the vehicle 2000 are communicable over a long distance (S500), a medium distance (S540), a short distance (S570), an approach distance (S600) or a contact distance (S630), the device 2000 performs specific operations (S510, S550, S580, S610, S640) for the respective distances. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller that does not require an operation facing a remote controller to a target control instrument unlike an infrared remote controller, and solves a problem that an instruction signal is incidentally sent to the target control instrument from the remote controller and the target control instrument is operated regardless of user's intention. SOLUTION: A circuit board 120 is disposed in the interior of the remote controller 100 and in addition, an antenna 130 and an antenna 140 are connected to the circuit board 120. The antenna 130 and the antenna 140 extend in the longitudinal direction of the remote controller 100 and reverse to each other symmetrically with respect to the circuit board 120. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform parameter setting communication of radio tag while suppressing variations in received signal strength. SOLUTION: In the radio tag 1 including a first transmitting means 12, a first receiving means 11, an attenuating means 13 for attenuating and transmitting the signal of the first transmitting means 12, and a first control means 14 for controlling the whole, when unique ID information is periodically transmitted from the first transmitting means 12, it is transmitted via the attenuating means 13, and when the first receiving means 11 receives a parameter setting signal, a signal from the first transmitting means 12 is transmitted without going through the first attenuator 13 until the next periodical unique ID information is transmitted. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of possibility of unawareness of occurrence of a power consumption suppression request from a controller because of overuse of electricity, of a user of an electric apparatus consuming much power causing the power consumption suppression request, even when an electric apparatus having a low priority is temporarily turned off after receiving the power consumption suppression request.SOLUTION: A controller 3 outputs a power suppression instruction to an adapter 5 when indoor power consumption becomes larger than a predetermined value, and outputs a power suppression release instruction to the adapter 5 when, after that, the indoor power consumption becomes lower than a predetermined value. When receiving the power suppression instruction, the adapter 5 suppresses power consumption of an electric apparatus and simultaneously starts time counting; and restores the power consumption of the electric apparatus to an original value in the case that a time counting value is smaller than a predetermined value when receiving the power suppression release instruction, and does not restore the power consumption of the electric apparatus to the original value in the case that the time counting value is larger than a predetermined value when receiving the power suppression release instruction.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, an apparatus control method and a control program for notifying a user of an available function within a surplus power.SOLUTION: An available function search section 25a calculates a value of remaining power (surplus power value) by subtracting an apparatuses consumption power value (obtained by an apparatuses consumption power value obtaining section 22) from a power generation value (obtained by a power generation value obtaining section 21). A required power storage 24a obtains available functions within the surplus power and the operation status of the home electric appliances 8. A notification section 26 notifies available functions the power of which required for operating the same is smaller than the surplus power.

An apparatus required power storage 24a obtains power required for operating the apparatuses which are not in use (obtained by an apparatus state obtaining section 23a). A notification section 26 notifies available functions the power of which required for operating the same is smaller than the surplus power.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home electric appliance and a home electric appliance control method that take convenience to a user who uses a time shift function into consideration.SOLUTION: There is provided a home electric appliance 20 having the time shift function of performing timer reservation processing based upon a time shift computation result indicative of operation start time or operation end time such that electric charge associated with operation is cheapest, the home electric appliance including an input operation part 21 that the user operates in association with operation of the home electric appliance 20, a display part 26 which displays information associated with the operation of the home electric appliance 20, and an operation control part 25 which controls the operation of the home electric appliance 20 based upon the time shift computation result. When the user sets timer reservation time through the input operation part 21, the home electric appliance automatically performs timer reservation processing based upon such a timer shift computation result earlier than the timer reservation time input through the input operation part 21 that the electric charge associated with the operation is cheapest, and makes the display part 26 display the timer reservation time.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system that reconciles power consumption suppression and comfort.SOLUTION: The energy management system for managing an amount of energy consumed by equipment including a plurality of energy consuming apparatuses (for example, air conditioners) includes: setting means 101 for setting a desired value of an amount of energy to be saved by the equipment in a first predetermined period (for example, 24 hours); distribution means 104 for distributing the desired value among the plurality of energy consuming apparatuses; and calculation means 107 for calculating an actual value of an amount of energy actually consumed by each of the plurality of energy consuming apparatuses in a second predetermined period (for example, time elapsed from the start of the first predetermined time). The distribution means resets the desired value for the plurality of energy consuming apparatuses in consideration of the actual values of the plurality of energy consuming apparatuses.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker, a control method for the heating cooker, and a program preventing current interruption by a breaker by reducing power in consideration of easiness for a user to understand without impairing the user's convenience.SOLUTION: When a state of requiring power reduction is detected by a power control device 3, a power reduction request signal is transmitted. An IH cooking heater 4 performs power reduction control of a heating port with larger working power preferentially when a plurality of heating ports are simultaneously used. Consequently, when there is no margin in domestic power, power is automatically restrained from the heating port using large power without a user himself or herself operating in a hurry to reduce heating power of the heating cooker or the like. Cooking can thereby be smoothly continued even when there is a small margin in domestic power without impairing the user's convenience by avoiding complete stop of heating to the utmost, thus preventing current interruption by the breaker.
