    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a fluid machine requiring efficiency and durability, the improvement of seizure resistance and wear resistance and the reduction of sliding loss at the sliding part thereof have been required as subjects, e.g., in a scroll type compressor using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant, these subjects have been produced at the sliding part of a scroll composed of an aluminum alloy.
    SOLUTION: The fine powder of a solid lubricant is collided against the sliding face of a sliding member (movable scroll 3) essentially consisting of aluminum, so as to form a solid lubricating film, and thereafter, anodization treatment is performed, thus a lubricating oxide film layer comprising the solid lubricant is formed on the surface layer of the sliding face. In this way, the sliding member capable of achieving the improvement of seizure resistance and wear resistance and the reduction of sliding loss, and the fluid machine having high reliability and efficiency can be provided.
