Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a plasma display panel having a display performance of high definition and high luminance, while being of low power consumption.SOLUTION: As for the plasma display panel, a protection layer 9 has a base film 91 formed on a dielectric layer 8, and coagulation particles 92 in which a plurality of crystal particles 92a of magnesium oxide are coagulated are adhered on the base film 91.
