Abstract:
The invention relates to transmission and reception of data in a wireless communication system. In particular, the predetermined number of repetitions of the same data portion is transmitted over the wireless interface. The receiving device receives the repetitions, attempts their decoding and checks whether the decoding was successful. If the decoding was successful after the predetermined number of repetitions or less, a positive acknowledgement is generated. In addition, a feedback including a bundle size information is generated and transmitted. The bundle size information includes a number of repetitions, smaller or equal to the predetermined number, after which the decoding was successful. The feedback is transmitted to the data transmitting device which may adapt the predetermined number of repetitions accordingly. The invention enables efficient control of the number of repetitions applied which is particularly advantageous for coverage enhancement purposes.
Abstract:
A PUCCH resource collision between a normal mode terminal and MTC coverage enhancement mode terminal is avoided. A terminal includes a receiving section that receives control information indicating assignment of downlink data, and the downlink data; and a transmitting section that transmits a response signal using a resource in a first resource group when the terminal is a first terminal to which repetition transmission is applied, and that transmits the response signal using a resource in a second resource group that is different from the first resource group, when the terminal is a second terminal to which the repetition transmission is not applied.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a wireless communication method and an eNode B and user equipment therefor. The method comprises a step of transmitting multiple PDCCH or EPDCCH repetitions respectively in multiple successive downlink subframes with a transmission repetition number and a transmission starting subframe. The transmission starting subframe is selected from a first starting subframe set corresponding to the first repetition number or a second starting subframe set corresponding to the second repetition number. The subframe indexes of any two adjacent starting subframes in the first starting subframe set are offset by a same first index interval, the subframe indexes of any two adjacent starting subframes in the second starting subframe set are offset by a same second index interval, and the second index interval is an integral multiple of the first index interval. According to the present disclosure, the resource blocking probability of different repetition numbers, UE's detection complexity can be decreased, and eNB's scheduling complexity.
