Abstract:
The present invention relates to a LED comprising at least one red light emitting and/or conversion layer, which emits light in the wavelength of > 550 nm toy_ 750 nm, preferably >_ 630 nm to 400 nm to _ 420 nm to 530nm to :5 61Onm, whereby the at least one green and/or yellow emitting luminescence material is capable of absorbing light which is emitted by the at least one blue light emitting layer, characterized in that the red light emitting and/or conversion layer is made of a semiconductor material.
Abstract:
An organic light-emitting diode comprising a front electrode member, a counterelectrode member, an organic electroluminescent member comprising an organic electroluminescent material arranged between the front electrode member and the counterelectrode member, and a UV-protective filter member.
Abstract:
The invention describes a light-emitting device which comprises at least a substrate (1), an anode (2), a first hole transport layer (3), a light-emitting layer (5) and a cathode (6), and in which a first hole blocking layer (4) is arranged between the first hole transport layer (3) and the light-emitting layer (5). The hole +ocking layer (4) reduces the concentration of holes which reach the light-emitting layer (5) and thus the concentration of holes, which are usually the majority charge carriers, can be adapted to the electron current.
