Provided is a hot dip zinc alloy plated steel sheet which is widely used in vehicles, domestic appliances, construction materials or the like and a method for manufacturing the same. A Zn—Al—Mg hot dip zinc alloy plating bath is used for manufacturing the hot dip zinc alloy plated steel strip, and a small amount of Ga or In is added to the plating bath for inhibiting an oxidation reaction of Mg in the plating bath so as to obtain excellent corrosion resistance and external surface of the plated steel sheet which is manufactured at this point.

The hot-dipped galvanized steel material comprises an iron substrate and a hot-dipped galvanizing layer formed on the iron substrate, wherein the hot-dipped galvanizing layer comprises, by wt %, 0.01 to 0.5% of Al, 0.01 to 1.5% of Mg, 0.05 to 1.5% of Mn, 0.1 to 6% of Fe, and the balance of Zn and inevitable impurities, with a Zn—Fe—Mn based alloy phase present at the interface between the iron substrate and the hot-dipped galvanizing layer, and an area ratio of the Zn—Fe—Mn-based alloy phase to the hot-dipped galvanizing layer ranging from 1 to 60%.

The present disclosure relates to a plated steel sheet for hot press forming, having excellent paint adhesion and corrosion resistance after hot press forming; a preparation method for the plated steel sheet; and a hot press formed member. The plated steel sheet according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises a base steel sheet and a plating layer consisting of Al—Fe alloy formed on the base steel sheet, wherein the sum of contents of Al and Fe in the plating layer is 80% or more by weight, the average content of Fe in the plating layer is 20% or more by weight, and the product of Ra and RPC of the surface of the plating layer may be 60-150 μm/cm. Here, Ra represents arithmetic mean roughness and the unit thereof is μm, and RPc represents the number of peaks per unit length and the unit thereof is /cm.

The present invention provides a steel sheet plated with aluminum-iron and a preparation method therefor, the steel sheet comprising: a base steel sheet; and a plated layer formed on the surface of the base steel sheet and comprising: an alloyed layer containing at least one of Fe3Al, FeAl(Si), Fe2Al5, and FeAl3; and an aluminum layer formed on the alloyed layer and having a thickness less than 10% of that of the plated layer, wherein the plated layer is 20-35 μm in thickness and contains 1-20 wt % of Mg as measured by GDS at a position 0.1 μm deep from the surface of the plated layer and 10 wt % of oxygen as measured by GDS at a position 0.1 μm deep from the surface of the plated layer.
